Receptionist
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Receptionist: One of the main employees in a school is the receptionist they are able to support teachers through out the school with information they need. receptionists are also able to support teachers outside their desk patrolling the school keeping watch for trouble makers and any students breaking the rules. They are able to also support students. they are based at the entrance of the school being able to easily be found by students who are loss or have any questions or concerns
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I Have being playing srp for around 2 years building up roleplay experiences and improving. From fighting evil spirits in the forest. to joining a gang and going to war. i have had a lot of experience in gangrp and general roleplay. but never anything in Government Kpd or school. and i figured its time to start a new chapter in my journey on srp
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
During my time on the server i have mainly focused on Gangrp. Not attempting to join any factions until now. I'm wanting to improve and find new experiences on the server and based on the fact I have never put much time into the actual school on the server i figured it could be great to start now. i also think it would support me meeting new people and making new connections potentially helping me going for another faction into the future. Another reason is i believe it could help improve my reputation on the server, this is because people often think of me as just a "gangrper" and yes its technically not wrong but i feel like i can do so much more on the server and hopefully becoming a receptionist is where to start.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
I would firstly check if the student is okay. sometimes when students act aggressively it is because they are upset i would look to see if they are crying, hurt or seem down. if this is the case i would give them a detention if they have not received one before. afterwards i would ask if they would like to talk to someone., referring them to a councillor in the school.
If this is not the case and they are being rude on purpose i would hand them a detention slip. warning them to stop getting in trouble otherwise the punishment would escalate and they wouldnt want that.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
I would firstly call for assistance if it was available. making sure to get as much help as possible. i would then yell for them to spilt it up, before making my way to the individuals making sure they are okay while writing up detention slips for both of them and handing it over.
if the students are hurt i would escort them to the Nurses office explaining to the nurse what had happened and making sure they both get the treatment they needed.
I would firstly try to gain evidence if no cctv is nearby making accusations at a teacher with no physical evidence would not go far at all.
After gaining the evidence i would make sure no other life is in danger student or teacher. clearing the area if their is. Afterwards i would call for a member of slt showing them the evidence of the teacher and trying to get something done as fast as possible to avoid it happening again
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Based on the new environment my character would be nervous at first. not knowing anyone around he would try to engage with some of the teachers. Introducing himself and trying to gain some new friends to talk to and potentially gain a good friendship with. he would make sure to avoid making any enemies trying to keep friendly with everyone involved. He would ask them about their day to day life trying to become more confident with teachers around him.

/me Context: entering the staff room for the first time after getting the job
/me Holding the door handle with one hand and holding his bag in another he would take a deep breath preparing for his new chapter he would open the door entering the room. "Good morning everyone" he continued in looking at the staff around with a smile on his face. he would pull up a chair taking a seat at the table.
/me Context: A student has come to the front desk asking about activities around the school.
/me "Well of course two seconds please!" he would stand up from his seat making his way to the back of the office. Opening a draw from the cabinet taking out a few sheets of paper. before walking back to the desk. he took a seat placing them down. "here are some clubs and sports we offer here. they are all really good I've heard and all are able to help you progress."
/me Context: Two students are fighting right outside the reception desk.
/me Seeing the two students clashing he would reach for the radio alerting all teachers near by about the fight. describing all the individuals involved before leaving the office to split the fight up.

Backstory
As a young child Hiroshi loved school. loving each lesson more than the next. engaging with teachers he was often called the "teachers pet"
Born is Italy Hiroshi loved his life. he had a wealthy family living his best life possible. He did very well in school his most favourite subject was maths. Finishing high school he got a job working as a farmer with his father, he didnt enjoy it but he did it to make his father happy. His dream was to become a teacher. applying at various schools in his area they had all the help they needed and he was told if they needed a sub he would be called but that's not what he wanted.
Moving around various jobs he would save money from each pay check still wanting to complete his dream. he felt down. no call from the school he felt defeated. not enough money to travel and not a lot of motivation. he sat down with his father and they talked for a while. This is when his plan took a turn for the better. his father had revealed that he had been saving money for a long time and he wanted to give it to Hiroshi to go and complete his dream as a teacher. Now all he had to do was search.
He did some research and found a city called Karakura. Doing some research reading about the the city itself he read about the gangs crime and government around the area. He later found out the school near by was looking for workers so with his savings he booked the next flight to the city. When he first arrived his main goal was a place to live. he did some more research exploring the city and he finally found a building with open rooms. he did some more research on the area and found out about the government and crime rates in the area. knowing if he got himself in trouble it wouldnt end well so he focused on his dream applying at the school as a "Receptionist"
Motivation for Joining KHS:
During my time in Italy i loved school. always have always will. my dream was to become someone who could help the education system somewhere in someway. a few years ago i was ready to give up. i had no luck back home but i was saved by someone who i owe everything to. so my motivation is to help people proceed to the best of their ability. To never give up.
