A tall 33 year old male with a bright mood and tone for innovation and creativity. They're always making people have fun to enjoy creativity. Making the future look bright and creative more or less than boring and flat.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
"Students are people to be told about the wonders of creativity and freedom to make things and tinker, making their ideas and thoughts to life. Co-workers are people too! They have many ideas and thoughts to share, so I will listen to them, they're also people who I can help or can help me if I need it!"
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
"My motivations for teaching is to show the wonders of opening your mind and believing in yourself to design, create, and bring these ideas into the real world! It's a way to help people's minds to see their flexibility, mind strength, and display teamwork in an environment."

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
*He'd look over at [X] "Everything alright? Are you struggling?" [if they say yes to the struggling part and show where] "Well... I can help!"
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
*he'd turn around, and look at the people making disruptions, "hey, people are learning here, can you not talk during instructions? Thank you!"* [If they keep continuing] *He'd turn around again "Hey, look, please stop I'll ask you one last time, if not I'll talk to you [x number of people] later after I finish these instructions" He'd turn back around to write on the board*

1. *He'd split the students into groups of two, the two working together would work together to make a car that can move far, no one wins, it's just for fun, no one gets a prize, just a lesson*
2. *He'd separate the students into 4 groups all of them working together to build a bridge, enough to support 30 pounds*
