Background
Rekka was born and raised in russia, having a deaf younger sister named Toya. He had a loving mother who cared for them both deeply. Rekka's father was a drunk at the time and very abusive to his mother often coming home late and letting his anger out on all of them. He despised Toya the most for not being able to hear him and blamed Rekka's mother for many things and always argued about not having enough money. He was an addictive gambler and it came to a point where he had even gambled on the house's mortgage. His mother began to stop arguing about his gambling addiction as it always came down to psychical fights and made it her mission to get her and her kids to leave her abusive husband. She eventually got a small time job and was starting to earn enough on her own to pay for Toya's school since she had to attend a school for deaf children and rent on the apartment they were staying at. One day as Rekka was picking up Toya from school, their mother was late. They soon found out she had been in a car accident and didnt survive. They were devastated, Rekka's father was crushed and blamed Toya for her misfortune and Rekka would often fight his father in regards of protecting Toya. Toya died of unknown causes at the age of 14 leaving Rekka at 16 years old with his father. Rekka's dad gambled up the property they owned and rent money left behind from Rekka's mother leading them to flee Russia and set a life in Karakura, Japan with a new job. Now Rekka despising his father and believing its his fault Toya and his mother died, avoids his father at all costs and mostly lives on his own. he plans to get a better life here and leave those thoughts behind.
