Describe your activity on the server: My activity isn't much but I am planning to get on at least 7 hours a day or more if I have time, It mostly depends on if I have somewhere to go, Or something in real life that I need to attend to, But I would gladly try my best and make it 8 hours on the server.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): Somewhere in 2021 I have been banned for evading a ban on an alternative account I believe, I don't remember the account as it was a different account that I have gotten banned on at that time period, But I do believe the month was somewhere in January or March.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: Yes I highly acknowledge that and will try my best to get on as much as possible.
What School Employee Role you are applying for?: Receptionist
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: Receptionists help students and faculty in any way they need for example as telling or guiding a student to a certain part of the school, They hand out rewards to students who redeem their reward tokens, Receptionists are the first people students interact with and help with anything they'd need at all, They help keep the hallways safe, Help break up fights and fix certain situations, Even make sure that college students always attend their classes since they sit at the front and back desks, They are always there for students whether it being questions about certain classes, A teacher or even needing some guidance or anything like that, They can also greet the students who enter the school, Making sure the student feels welcomed with opened arms, They sit at their station helping students who are lost and need directions or places they are looking for.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I joined the server somewhere in 2020-2021, 3 months ago I had taken a break from SchoolRP so I could get more things done in my life, Ever since I joined and gotten the hang of Role-playing I think I have a pretty good experience in Role-playing Before I joined SchoolRP I had been playing other Role-play games which helped me a lot, My passion for Role-playing was be games on ROBLOX, Or just any game that you could Role-play in

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Sean would first calmly approach the student and tell them to not use that language again on school grounds, If they continued he would try to take them somewhere more private and quieter so he can hold a better conversation with them, Before letting himself speak he would kindly ask for them to let out their thoughts before it would be Sean's turn or time to speak, Explaining to them how it was extremely rude, Sean would give them a verbal warning, And if they had continued to insult him, Threatening detention would have to be used If they insulted himself or any other workers there. He would then either call a caretaker to send them or send them to class himself.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: Sean would step in front of the two while making them back up from each other before asking for help over the radio, Calling for assistance, He would make sure that the two is separate from one another so they don't try to throw any more attacks at the other student, He would give them detention for fighting but before he'd ask for them both to explain their sides of the story, After listening and giving them detention he would check for any serious injuries on them and then take them to the nurse's office.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: He would first investigate to see if he was seeing things clearly to make sure he wasn't assuming things, After making sure, He would try and get some evidence just in case if it would be needed if calling SLT is needed for the situation, After getting the evidence he would calmly approach them and simply explain to them what their doing is wrong and they should not be doing that as they are a school employee, As he would quietly explain to them about what they were doing and telling them it was wrong, That they needed to stop. If they tried defending their self he would threaten to call SLT and reassure them that what they was doing was completely wrong and asking them to stop, If they didn't, SLT would've been called.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? Sean would just sit down and grab a coffee so he could catch up on some work he might've missed, If any other school employees came in he would sit down next to them making conversation with them, Asking how their day went, What would be their plans for class lessons, He would ask of such what would be their plans after the shift, After their conversation he would get up and grab a snack he brought with him, And make sure everyone has a good time during their break before having to go back to work.

/me &dHe would walk into the school before unlocking the door to the front desk, He would happily sit down and grab his coffee cup/mug as he took a sip he would begin to go thru any paperwork and begin to do what was needed, As he placed his pen down beside the paper's he would look up at the male and give him a smile &f&p''Good morning/afternoon what can I help ya with? &das he nodded with a smile still on his face he got up from his chair and walked out of the front desk &d&p''All right! Here you go. If there is anything else you need, Just let me know, You know where I'll be.'' &dAs a chuckle was heard from him he walked back to the front desk and sat back down getting back to finishing the paperwork.

Junior grew up in a small town just out of France, He lived there his entire life almost since he was adopted into a loving home with open arms at the age of 5, Junior was raised into becoming a respectful man. His adoptive Mother was a receptionist so he always go to see what it was like as she was always at the front of the school greeting the students, He looked up to his mother and always wanted to be just like her, Once her shift was over one night she was talking with some of the staff as Junior would come up to her, She told them that he was her son and the staff treated him very nicely, Junior was just a person looking to explore new experiences, He thought of becoming a receptionist one day when he was old enough when he was about 15 years old him and his adoptive parents moved to Japan Karakura, Where Junior went to his new school, Although it was hard for him, An entirely new school with new people, He decided to make the best of it if he was gonna graduate, His mother had taken the spot of a Receptionist there as well. It was cool that Junior could see his mother again there working as he wanted to become. He wanted to fulfill his dreams by becoming a Receptionist as well at Karakura, Junior would always talk with the other Receptionists about what it was like, Since his mother was new there and they'd been receptionists way longer, He would go to one each day and ask what their experience is like working there, He would always get amazing responses by doing that, So he promises his mother he would become a receptionist like her, At the age of 21 Junior had finally graduated from college and had concentrated on his studies to become a receptionist, At the age of 24 he had gotten a job but that wasn't enough to provide for his self, Until he remembered that promise he made with his mother to become a receptionist at Karakura, So that's what he did, He had quit his old job and continued to work on becoming a receptionist, Although it took long since the spots were taken, But after a few years of waiting and working hard, At the age of 27 he is a receptionist at Karakura Highschool and College.
Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation has always just been trying to get into a good roleplay server where I can actually play without having any problems caused by other player's, SchoolRP is not one of them and has been an amazing experience, I've got to meet amazing friends along the way and the journey has been epic! But is simply because I love working, I just love the idea of getting to help others if they do not know the answer to it, It's just something I would really enjoy doing, I think the best job is being a receptionist, It's not hard, It's enjoyable, It's fun, And much more, I would just love to put my position into something I would like to fulfill since I kind of want to become an actual receptionist when I get older, I just seem it calming to get to work in a RP server with a bunch of funny and chaotic people.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: As far as I am concerned, I think I should get accepted 'cause I really enjoy helping other people in this community, I want my character to also grow and develop as time goes by, I find being a Receptionist very cool to do as I have asked some other Receptionists on what's it like and I've gotten quite good responses, I want to also be able to help the kids of Karakura grow and be excited to be in school, I think I will be able to do so, I love to learn new things and I will love every moment of my job if this gets accepted, I would like to try and put everyone else in a happy mood, But I do believe that everybody should have a highly equal opportunity to apply and be accepted, But I will truly put effort into my job and it can be an amazing roleplaying experience for me and other player's. I feel as if most people do apply for the yen but and not really liking their current job if they are a school employee but for me it's about the experience I can bring to other people and the communication that comes along with. I will be more than happy to talk to anybody.
