Very easy actually, remove the slime particles when placing a vehicle.
In case the resource pack team doesn't know how:
Make the textures/item/slime_ball.png fully transparent.
I already added it to my SchoolRP++ Resource Pack but I think this small texture change should be part of the official pack. You can change it to a 1x1 pixel sized transparent image or to another cooler particle instead of slime.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
Visual improvement
Reality improvement, doesn't make sense that there is slime coming out of my bike...
