School Employee Role you are Applying For: A school Librarian.
How often do you log onto the server?: I log on SRP pretty much everyday. I have got some reasons for me to be offline during some days; I will most certainly try and make it on everyday or as much as I can while playing this role.
Do you have discord?: Yes I do, it's papa#0391.
Do you have a microphone?: Yes, I do.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: Yes, I was banned before on the date given 2019/04/06. The reason being was that this was an misunderstanding since me and my friend unfortunately glitched through a house roof not on purpose. This resulted us getting banned permanently and then it was reduced to 10 days and then obviously, we appealed so everything is alright.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I will definitely try make it on as much as I possibly can; I cannot come online some days due to school work and obviously personal reasons. I can come online during the week from 4:30pm to around 9:30pm GMT, and the weekends I can come online from the times 1:45pm to around 10:30pm GMT. I will try my hardest to make it on most of the time.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I totally understand the rules given around this topic. I will not give any reasons to be fired from this job and I certainly do not want to make it this way.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A School Librarian is a member of staff which they ensure that there's a strong connection between the library, classroom programmes, the curriculum, the school community and wider library community. Their responsibilities include: collaboration with teaching staff to coordinate and promote: services and resources supporting inquiry learning. They also help the pupils to study and learn well to have a better education and hopes for the future.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: I can't say I have ever role-played as a School Librarian in the past but I would enjoy and love to give it a go. In my opinion, for me, I think role-playing as a student is a bit boring after a while since I've been a student ever since I joined SRP back in 2016, and I would find my role-play experience a lot more fun and enjoyable if I expanded my role-playing skills.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been role-playing on SRP ever since back in 2016, roughly when the second map came out. I have grasped on role-playing skills, techniques and of course understood the rules clearly throughout my experience on SRP. I will of course continue to role-play and hopefully expand my skills throughout my journey. I believe having this role will clearly make my role-playing better, different and of course amusing.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Indeed. I am familiar with what this job does; as a School Librarian, I will of course respect any years of age no matter what they're going through or who they are. I will greet pupils throughout the day if I see them walk past, or even go round and ask how their day was. In order to keep the Library a clean, nice and most certainly a friendly environment place for students to study, read and feel welcomed.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: Their behaviour will be most certainly unacceptable and I would let another member of staff know right away, but I will of course brush it off and not let these things get to me. I would kindly ask them to leave if not, I will contact a higher-member of staff to warmly escort them out.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would simply ask them for more information what it is I am being asked to do. I would clearly not want to give any harm to the school and the students. I would ask to the Principal that this task can be passed down to someone with more experience and skills suited for this task.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would greet them normally but if I see any other strange behaviour from them or any dangerous acts I would simply ask them is that the correct thing you should be doing, or even contact a higher-member of staff to sort them out.

Motivation for Joining YHS: My motivation for joining YHS is that I love helping students succeed in their learning. Any subject shall do, but my passion for reading is the highest out of all of them.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I would be accepted over the other applicants since I have skills of being a School Librarian. This job will be my main priority and I personally believe I am capable for job this more than anybody else. I will most certainly do my best and make people feel welcome in this friendly environment.
