Why does kindness seem revolutionary,
When did we let hate get so ordinary,
If we sit here,
When will we grow?
We talk of the moon,
Solving pollution,
And hunger,
And poverty,
Can we do it,
If we hate more?
If we sit here then what will happen,
If we don’t come together?
Just take some time to look and listen,
‘Cuz you could see we’re more alike than we are different.
We may not look the same,
But i’ll walk a mile in your shoes,
If it means I might see the world the way you do.
Why don’t we spark a revolution,
Make a change in this world,
Turn this world around,
Make it better for all.
