BACKGROUND-
Ricardo Alejandro Hernandez was taken into custody on march 4th, 2020 after Mexican authorities found him and his brother smuggling contraband across a checkpoint.
A background check revealed his mother had recently passed away and his father was back in his home country of Japan.
Further investigation revealed the two boys had no money to return back to their father nor family to support them likely
resulting them turning to crime. They were both taken into the institute for an evaluation and would be returned back to his father a year after.
He returned shortly after back to Mexico with his little sister, Guadalupe Hernandez. There he spent most of his time working construction and other hard labor
jobs to provide for his little sister. He spent most of his time in Mexico making a living till he learned of his brother's death back in Japan.
He quickly packed his things and spent his savings getting a home in Japan where he now lives with his sister.
