My username that I will be requesting this rank on will be rikayo;
I have 2 other accounts, borgeoise a Shop Owner, and tokyovibes Moderator + News Reporter.
Previous bans:
I was banned once back early 2016 for Advertising.
Describe your activity on the server:
I’m active every day on the server, and I hardly ever miss a single day. On days I have classes, I will only be gone for around 6 hours of that day, leaving me 18 hours to play on the server. On days I am free, I can be on from 20 hours or more. I am more active within the discord servers, but I’m almost always free to hop on if I am not with family.
Do you have Discord?
Yes, my discord is rika#1347
Do you have a microphone?
I currently have a Blue Snowball microphone. I don’t speak too much during calls, but I am always free to join them, or speak when needed.
List your current and past applications:
What is your motivation for applying?:
One of my first and major motivations would be the uniqueness and importance of the role. Police have existed for a while now and have advanced greatly since the beginning; It’s a role in the server that sticks out the most compared to others.
I’ve noticed there are certain times where there are no Police active, yet a lot happening; That would be my 2nd motivation. Filling in the time zone difference wouldn’t be hard for me to help out with, even though I have two other accounts with responsibilities. I’ll be much more active during those times due to the fact my two other roles I only need to be active for short amounts of time 1-2 times a day, giving me the extra time to work as an Officer. Similar to what was said above; It’s both important, and it gives you a constant responsibility when wanted to or available.
Do you understand Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct?
Yes; I’m aware of the most common laws as well as some others, but I am not close to an expert on it. However, if I were to ever not fully understand something needed, I can always refer back to a person or a website in that situation and point of time.
What are the Police ranks?
(Note; these duties may fluctuate depending on the station and could be different than what is set on the one on the server.)
Commissioner
The Commissioner is one of the highest tiers within the force; They are in charge of overlooking the entire force, communicating with other stations or government officials, as well as planning and organizing cases they may have come.
Captain
As of the other ranks, they are just as responsible to take on their duties. However, the additional jobs they may be asked to do is give frequent reports to the Commissioner, assist in risky decision making when asked, train others, and monitor workers in the force.
Head-Lieutenant
The “Head Lieutenant” overall controls the decisions made within their branch alongside the Vice. However, they do have the same responsibilities as below; just more decision making for their part of the police force.
Vice-Lieutenant
Vice Lieutenants work both alongside or for the Head Lieutenant. They have more duties than an average Lieutenant, but they have somewhat less overall “power” than the Head would have. They help in decision making or assisting, but they leave more major tasks to the Head Lieutenant,
Lieutenant
The main task of a Lieutenant is to supervise as well as ensure Officers are following their tasks and the rules that were set in place. They work alongside the others above them and ensure that they are performing the correct measures to ensure that they are doing their best when being faced in a situation where they or others are being put in harm's way.
Head Investigator
The Head Investigator has the same duties as the rank below them, as well as more advanced ones too. That includes planning dates, organizing, and directing the Investigators as a whole. They help manage systems individuals in the force used, and overall assist in what is needed amongst the Investigators or entire force if wanted.
Investigator
Once they pass the Trainee stage, they are actually started to be handed more serious cases, such as murders, invasions, robberies, etc. They usually see what they can find at the scenes they are working on, such as fingerprints, weapons, or any evidence that could link back to what, or who was involved.
Trainee Investigator
A trainee Investigator is a rank you start off with during training. During this time period, you’re taught aspects of the job at hand, common needed knowledge, as well as situations you may face throughout your time in the Force.
Sergeant
A Sergeant is mostly a rank with the following responsibilities below, but it is a more supervisory ranking within the Police Force.
Corporal
Corporals, of course, have the duties an average Officer would have, but more advanced ones and the role of supervisor when needed.
Officer
Once you become a Full-Fledged Officer, you will then be given a much larger spread of duties once you have proved you are knowledgeable of this ranking. You’re able to start responding to calls and acting upon them, and handle much more serious crimes as of murder, weaponry, etc. when needed. These could range from minor issues like small, verbal arguments, to murder cases and manhunts.
Cadet
A Cadet is similar to a “Trainee Officer”; during this period of time, they will be taught how to handle certain situations regarding their rankings and common knowledge they will be required to know as they grow. They’re usually put on patrols alongside other Officers, or work alongside them. For the most part, they do stay within the station near the beginning.
As of now, most of my knowledge is rankings, how stations are set to operate, requirements of when to use a firearm or any sort of gear you acquire when put into the force, basic laws, as well as how bailing and pay works. I’ll admit I may be clueless on some things, but I can promise it wouldn’t take me long to adjust when joining.
Why are Police important to SchoolRP?
Police have an absolutely huge importance on SchoolRP. One of the things they do is play a big part in realism on the server. It wouldn’t be realistic to have a city filled with teens handling katanas and legal authorities being nowhere in sight, which leads me onto another thing; Combat and Gang roleplay are also common on the server. Police give an aspect that makes it seem much more risky, rather than going on random murder sprees without the fear of being caught or arrested at any given point. They can save people from losing their characters, along with them being harmed if the situation is reported.
Do you acknowledge that you're subject of being demoted if accepted at any given time?
Yes; I am fully aware.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character, how she looks, what makes her unique?
Artemis is a 5’7 female with very, very pale skin and hourglass-muscular body shape. She has glossy “Silver” eyes, her White, Shiny hair matching them perfectly. Her eyes do look somewhat separated from one another, one holding a much more Violet pigment, the other holding a more Green. She would have a scar going down the side of the right of her jaw, as well as one on her abdomen, and one on her upper chest. She does have a somewhat lack of hearing, but; She is almost practically skilled at reading body language, lips, and detecting when someone is acting what is seen as “off”. She can still speak clearly, but her voice is seen as somewhat unique due to her tone of speech, and how high-pitched it may be, standing out from her somewhat more intimidating look.
What she's like on the and off the job?
Artemis is a very upbeat person naturally, carrying on into her everyday life and work. In her free time, she is a much less “tense” person, or less serious. She is heavily caring for others, even if she has never met them directly; However, she can be described as “overly confident”, or full of herself when it comes to her looks or personality, but she does refrain from acting this way on duty, or in front of citizens during work. She seems to always make her she seem happy or neutral, almost never showing a negative emotion like being upset or having any sense of anger. She has very good control of her overall emotions, however, she can get stressed easily. She doesn’t let that affect her job, but it can take a toll on her over time. For the most part, even if she’s stressed, it doesn’t get in her way too often at all.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?
Artemis tends to usually have a very good relationship with the co-workers that she speaks to, due to her controlled temperament and her understanding in any sort of situation. She’s really hard to start any type of feud with, so individuals tend to not care or enjoy her presence. In her near future, she plans on attempting to climb the rankings of her job, and working until her retirement.
BACKSTORY
Artemis was born in 1995, February 28th in Moscow, Russia. She was the child of Petora Fedorov and Landon Fedorov, as well as the Fraternal Twin of her brother, Lukas. Both Petora and Landon were economically high, Petora being a wealthy Physician and Landon being a well-known businessman throughout Moscow. While growing up, Artemis was always heavily involved in school, but she always had a hard time keeping her grades. She was in multiple sports like Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Track, and Cheerleading. She was always heavily athletic and known for it throughout her school, making her popular within those times. However; she did lean more toward the “rebellious”side with her behavior. She frequently would get in trouble with teachers and her parents, so she never gained too close of a bond with her parents that her brother had with them. Her brother was practically the total opposite of her, though. He was seen as more of a “nerdy” type of person and wasn't physically capable as she was.
When they had started going into highschool, Artemis had a heavy interest in becoming a Surgeon. A lot of the classes she took had related up to Medical, where she actually started succeeding grade-wise. However, she still did keep this nasty behavior both towards her Family, Teachers, and those around here who weren’t close to her. This ended up in her and her friends frequently bullying her Brother, Lukas, throughout their high school years.
The bullying towards her brother had to stick out the most, though. Her brother had been pushed downstairs, taunted in front of the school, and was often physically harassed as “jokes” throughout her sister's friend group. The result of it, though, was unexpected within her friend group and family.
Her brother had ended up taking his life away due to it when he was 16; her parents both knew exactly what this was about, kicking her out as soon as this happened, where she was later required to stay with her Aunt. Artemis’s personality took an entire turn after this had happened; she didn’t expect that to be the outcome of what she had done, as well as her friends. However, when she did go back to school after this, she seemed much more quiet, and heavily distanced herself from anyone. Her outgoing personality had almost entirely disappeared, slowly starting to make her get bullied as well. It had advanced to the point it was like the way they were treating her brother, resulting in her to be later pulled out of that school, homeschooled for an amount of time, and put back into a Private School.
She then proceeded to go throughout her school years, but what she planned on doing had taken a turn. She ended up going into college, taking the courses Criminal Justice, Criminology, as well as Organized Crime in hopes of going into the Police Force. Her Aunt taking care of her was an Officer, so seeing what she did, it later made Artemis want to do the same.
The next few years of her life consisted of gaining the knowledge and experience to succeed within the force; Once she had gone through that, she had moved to Karakura, in hopes of becoming an Officer there after seeing the crime rates within the city.
