Describe your activity on the server:
I joined the server 3 years ago in the summer of 2022 with a few friends. They wanted to check it out as it was nostalgic to them and they wanted to see how it had changed. Me and another friend made a few friends whilst they ran around checking it out before we all logged off, never to come back until a few months later. In November of 2022 my friend and I were looking for something to play, so I brought up SRP as it was still on my server list. We played for hours, getting addicted. I of course took breaks here and there but currently at the moment I've been playing consistently since December 2024 and I don't plan to take any long breaks any time soon.
The things I get up to on the server could be argued that of an average player, starting from Gangrp/Crimerp to sports then to other adult factions.
CrimeRP/GangRP part 1:
Yes, I started out as a criminal. Arrest me. Jokes aside! When I came back in November 2022 I felt like it was the only faction that was available to me so I didn't branch out for a very long time. I’d help out here and there with a few friends when they needed me, ran a bar, indulged in lots of different criminal activities. This was fun for a while and in between i’d help out greenies which felt like i had a double life. Around December of 2024 after I returned from my long break, I felt as though it was not giving me the same joy as it originally had when I first joined. I decided to leave it behind entirely and seek out new factions which lands me in my next faction, sport teams.
Bobcat swim team:
As I mentioned in my paragraph above, I was looking to seek new ways to play the server which landed me trying out for the swim team in June 2025, earning a spot as number 5 on the team. My goal of joining was to improve my detailRP which I had achieved within a few months. I had also earned the title of event planner for the team within a month which meant I'd come up with ideas and present them to my captain at the time. My intentions with being event planner was to create a bigger bond with my team, I yearned to have a close bond with everyone and create events for them to enjoy. I left Swim 4 months after joining.
CrimeRP/GangRP part 2:
I returned to GangRP, I do not have a timestamp for this one unfortunately. I joined a gang named: Man’en which was a gang that specialised in slithering their way into private information, a very good representative of gangs you see today. They are an intel gang that spends less time on perms and more on gathering information. They were very patient with me and taught me a lot about the current day rules and combat. It was disbanded around October but I'm glad of all the opportunities it gave me.
Bobcat female volleyball team:
Wow. Where to start with this one? I tried out for the bobcat female volleyball team around October, earning number 5 on the team. They were patient, so sweet and overall so welcoming when I first joined. I didn't really have a goal for joining this team, I was just looking to have fun which I did with all the game nights and the silly things we’d get up to and all the cool events they came up with. It was honestly an amazing and sweet team, I wish the best for them even now.
Nurse:
I got accepted as a nurse right around October, after I got onto the volleyball team. It was very much an eventful month. The role required assisting students with in game injuries or allowing for more extensive roleplay. There were quite a few student riots at the office where I've had to deal with 13 of them surrounding the area over something i dont even know what happened, it became easy to deescalate the more it occurred but oftentimes it was quite funny. The most enjoyable experience I had as a nurse in SRP was being able to have the opportunity to roleplay with newer players. When they roleplayed with me, I could tell they had fun and that brought me immense joy
Bobcat Swim captain:
This is my most recent thing I have gotten into. After 3 months of being on the volleyball team, I saw that the bobcat swim captain position was open, I applied thinking nothing of it and in January 2026 I landed the position. My only goal was to revive it and to teach people detailRP and just to overall have fun. I worked really hard to get it to where it is now and I can't wait to spend more time with my team.

Character: | Occupation: | Short Description: |
Soo-jin Shin | Swim captain / student | Ragebatier and messy is the only way to describe Soo-jin. She causes a lot of drama around school and instigates a lot of fights. The cherry on top? Whilst messy in friendships she's also messy in relationships. Oftentimes her team calls her a gold digger which isn't far from the truth! |
Miki Miu | Student | An aspiring news reporter, born and raised in Karakura. Her only goal? To get a scoop at juicy stories around town and of course to look cute whilst doing it. The only way to describe her is a hyperactive cat that's had way too much catnip. |
Rikkahater (Applying)
Character: | Occupation: | Description: |
Conner Mitchell | 9-5 Office worker Character i am applying with! | An office worker, bound to the 9-5 shifts he has to take to make a living in Karakura. He missed his opportunity to do anything great and was stuck typing at a keyboard for hours. Conner felt as though he was missing something when suddenly he sought his opportunity once finding out that KPD was hiring. |
TBD | TBD | TBD |
What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying stems from friends and just my overall insight to the faction. KPD has always piqued my interest since I got on to swim the first time. My captain is a KPD officer and hearing all about the things she got up to in the faction always amazed me. The more I researched into KPD the more I wanted to apply. My first real interaction was when I saw the KPD get rebuilt after the riot and a bit before the Swim team where KPD were hosting an assembly to showcase what they got up to everyday such as searching homes, arrests and how they deal with riots. We got to ask a few questions after that. I got to ask quite a few questions to a few officers which furthered my knowledge. I’ve said this before in my old application and I'll say it again, I've always admired the things KPD gets up to and how they act; the professionalism, the work they get up to, the coordination and the impact they have towards the community is honestly so incredible. KPD is something I'm willing to commit and invest in and go through the ranks.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
My knowledge for the police force comes from questions I have asked in the past, especially at the assembly about their day to day life where I was able to ask questions to officers, things from friends who are in the faction and my own research. I have seen people do call signs which I will not be presenting here as I'm not sure how true they are and I'd like to avoid people from metagaming.
I know KPD like many other factions offer internships to college students where if accepted they get to entail the day to day lives of KPD and their duties.

Extra info:
Police cadet:
A police cadet is similar to a trial officer where they learn about what it means to be in KPD. They will get lessons and training such as: combat training, info training and situation training. They get two weeks to study until the exams where they get two chances to pass it before becoming a patrol officer. Whilst outside doing patrols they must always be with 2 police officers with higher ranks than cadets at all times.

Duties:
Duties for Officers: | What Procedures are Presented: |
Front Desk | KPD aren't always doing stressful things like warrants and arrests. Quite a bit of the time they are handling phone calls whenever someone is in distress, assisting citizens, handling bails, supervising visitations and taking reports. |
Answering Calls | Like mentioned above, KPD can answer calls made by citizens or EMS. Upon calling 110 players get connected to the KPD line and are able to report issues specifying where and what was happening. From there KPD can investigate the call, respond to the scene and make any arrests needed. |
Raids | When an officer or a detective needs to investigate a wanted criminal's home or a thug in custody they will apply for a warrant from town hall. When granted they can investigate the home of said criminal and find evidence to solidify their arrest and incriminate them. |
Patrol | Doing a patrol is like a routine check of Karakura, officers have a strict route to follow to ensure every public place is checked. They will check for things like illegal street racing or criminals misbehaving. KPD doing patrols makes them visible and deters most crime from happening out in the open most of the time. Criminals will be less likely to commit crimes when officers are out and about. |
Visitations | A citizen can ask to visit a criminal who is in jail at the station that has to be official and authorized for multiple reasons. The visits are monitored by at least one officer and can involve family members, government officials and lawyers to see prisoners or detainees under close supervision. |
Town Hall Trials | Criminals who are serving a sentence that they believe is unfair and unlawful can apply to have a trial which if went through would happen at town hall. Officers may also stand guard outside the government building, making sure no criminals enter. |
Handling Bails | Criminals can be bailed out for a hefty sum depending on the severity of the crime. This duty is included in the front desk activity, a citizen can bail out a prisoner by paying bail or waiting until the allotted time has finished. Most bails have to be done 3 days after the arrest. Officers that are at the front desk handle this the most. |
Arrests | The most stereotypical thing that you think an officer does besides eating donuts of course is arresting someone. Once KPD has made a detailed inspection and investigation they are allowed to place handcuffs on a criminal. Officers are sometimes also allowed to detain until they uncover more evidence. Once they are in custody, they are allowed to read off their legal rights and the option for a lawyer. |
Taking care of inmates | KPD are legally required to take care of inmates and give basic human needs such as: food, clothes and a bed. EMS is included in case of emergency injuries. |
Duties for Detectives: | What Procedures are Presented: |
Investigating crime scenes | Detectives follow a strict and methodical procedure to gather evidence from the crime scene to understand the situation. They will use things like: CCTV and questioning the witnesses. |
Gathering information | Detectives can gather information to solve a crime that goes beyond an immediate arrest. They can get a warrant and investigate a criminal's home to further incriminate them, ask witnesses and investigate the crime scene. |
Solving cases | Solving cases is the most rewarding duty of them all. Detectives with the information they gathered into a case file and piece together a crime. From there they can make an arrest. |
Interrogation | Detectives can bring in suspects to ask them intense questions with the goal of the confession of a crime. |

Additional info:
KPD are not allowed to get involved with rivalry matters unless outside of school and assault is involved. They are not allowed to make an arrest just able to detain and question.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
A big reason why KPD is so important to this server is that the majority of the community is a part of CrimeRP/GangRP. If KPD did not exist, these criminals would be running rampant around the city causing all types of crimes with no consequences which in my opinion isn't realistic whatsoever. The faction being there alone holds a lot of balance to the server and safety for the citizens. In SRP they uphold justice and help regular citizens as their duty. It makes KPD so important to stop life changing things from happening as a consequence to a lack of a police force. They also investigate! Rather than just criminal things happening and KPD making an arrest they can also search for evidence to pursue a case to uphold justice! Things such as standing guard at court cases and testifying. The biggest thing KPD does is protect citizens which can be things like a citizen feeling threatened and reporting to the right authority so they can do the right thing. The last thing that KPD does that makes it such an important faction is conducting warrants that are issued by the government. Officers can search properties for any dangerous or illegal items, this creates a system where criminals have to get crafty and smart.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Appearance:
His appearance is nothing more than an average American; blonde locks that never sat the way they were supposed to, slightly tousled like he’s ran a hand through one too many times. His air matches the vibes of long summers and open blue skies. His eyes carry the same brightness, crystal blue hues that make him look too eager for his own good. They are expressive in a way that betrays what he’s thinking. His wardrobe consists of random band t-shirts from bands that he’s never listened to, just for the vibes alone paired with baggy jeans.
What makes him unique:
What makes him unique? Well, From his old high school teachers to his former boss and even his friends back in Texas, they'd say Conner has always radiated the energy of a golden retriever. An energy that is overwhelming to most. It shows up constantly without him noticing, with small things such as him shifting his weight from one foot to another or rocking slightly in place as if he’s got a little too much energy to go somewhere. Conversations flow naturally for him, whether it's small talk or just cracking jokes. He always talks with a note of excitement that slips naturally into his voice. Trailing up his arm is a deep scar, something of his past that he tries to keep covered.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
Casual:
Conner’s energy could be argued the same as a golden retriever, always ecstatic and excited about the small things that happen. A co-worker gets a promotion? He’ll congratulate them with a little too much energy. A birthday? He’ll bake small little treats the night before. Conner loves small talk or showing pictures of his dogs. He can crack small random jokes to lighten the mood in the appropriate situation. He can light up any room he walks into, especially the break room, with conversations about: weekend plans, a new recipe he tried or again his dog. He loves his dog.
Professional:
Conner stays serious and professional during the situations that need them such as riots, patrols, trials and for answering the radio. It is a complete switch compared to him in the break room and off duty. He keeps conversation to a minimum to avoid escalation of situations.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Co-workers:
Conner's ideal co-workers are people who are of the similar mindset, those who work together to achieve a goal. That goal being to protect Karakura and its citizens, to deliver justice to those who have been wronged and to put criminals behind bars. He wants to work with people who have the dedication to place criminals behind bars. Of course he won't treat his co-workers any differently if they have a different view on how things should be handled. Conner does understand that everyone approaches things differently but as long as it is done in a professional manner, he won't have an issue with it.
Teamwork:
Teamwork is a big thing for Conner whether it is navigating a riot together or doing something as simple as a patrol with a fellow officer. He strongly believes no officer should feel like they have to handle everything on their own. In his mind, the job is much much safer and effective when people are able to rely on each other. Conner will tend to check in on his co-workers as he’d hope they’d do the same. He values reliability in his fellow officers, people who can be counted on when he needs them. To Conner it isn't about taking credit for work and believes more in everyone working as a unit.
What's your character's backstory?
(1997>) Mitchell legacy:
Eric and Heather Mitchell were childhood sweethearts, they went through high school and college together. The happy couple were both born and raised in Fort Stockton, Texas. The town was all they knew. They got married, rented a small home and got jobs. So it came as a shock when Eric was offered a position at the sheriff's office and now suddenly they were packing their bags and their belongings into boxes. The car ride over to Georgetown, Texas was grueling and silent for the young couple. Not a single word was uttered; just the harsh sound of the car running filled the air. They arrived at their new home, a home they could call their home but so far from friends and family. Weeks went by, Eric adjusted into his new home and Heather would stay home, maintaining the house. It became a normal routine with the addition of working on the house on the weekends. The house panelling needed new paint, the floorboards needed repairing and the doors needed new hinges. They tackled the smaller things first, leaving the painting last. They chose an egg white colour, covering the entire house. From the first few months they arrived, the house looked miles better. It felt more like home. Eric rose the ranks, earning the sheriff role after a few years in Georgetown. A few years later Daniel Mitchell was welcomed to the world, Heathers and Erics first born in 1994. His features resembled that of his mothers, brunette hair and blue eyes. On top of Eric's promotion to sheriff of the town and Daniel's birth, life seemed peaceful and somewhat normal for the couple, just how they liked it.
1997 - 2002 The birth of Conner:
Conner was born one winter morning in 1997 in a local hospital Georgetown, Texas. He adorned a mix of features from his mom and dad; his dads blonde hair and fair skin accompanied with his moms icy blue hues. The second Conner was born, Daniel, his older brother, made it painfully obvious that he wasn't interested in sharing his parent’s attention. The idea that his time was cut in half was painful for him. No matter the crying and screaming about getting rid of his baby brother, nothing worked. It created a strained bond right from the start. In retaliation, he wouldn't hold Conner when offered and just kept himself busy by reading books, indulging himself in fictional worlds that he wished he could live in. A few years later when Conner could walk and speak his first words it was obvious about the difference between the brothers; Daniel enjoyed reading and staying inside helping his mother whereas Conner would be outside playing having a rambunctious spirit. His father adored him and would teach Conner things his own father taught him. This added fuel to the fire that grew in Daniel's heart, he didn't get this when he was Conner's age, what's so special about him? The thought lingered for far longer than it needed to. Even at bedtime whilst Conner was yapping his head off about what he did that day, Daniel still felt an empty pit in his stomach, resenting his brother for something that wasn't his fault. Heather and Eric signed him up for sports, hoping it would do him some good but also ran off that extra energy Conner constantly had.
2007 - 2011 Hunting season:
During Middle school, Conner and his fathers activities only grew, designating every other week to going on camping trips where Eric would teach him to hunt. They go on hikes, learn to track animal footprints, identify plants and go by the awful survival guide Eric picked up on their first trip. The Mitchell's first would target small rabbits. Conner's aim was horrendous at the start, but after a few trips his aim slowly improved, practising on empty food cans and beer bottles. They'd eventually upgrade to going to the local shooting range every now and then. All through part of middle school and high school, Conner begged his brother Daniel to come along. He wanted so desperately to build a bond with his older brother but he didn't budge. Not until one day in Conner's sophomore year, Daniel finally agreed to go on one trip in exchange that Conner stopped asking. The younger brother was eager to agree, to finally build a bond with his older brother who he longed to bond with. They set out one Friday to a forest that had a large crystal blue lake that shone as bright as Conner's eyes and many hiking trails. Conner's and Eric's favourite and first spot they camped at. They spent the first day setting up the tent which left Daniel arguing at Conner for every small mistake he made. Then trotted down to the lake where they fished until the sun set. Conner caught a few things whereas Daniel struggled to reel the fish back in. The family made a small fire, roasting the catch for the day, the fish were of all different sizes and types. The next day is where it all fell apart. It was a foggy Saturday, you couldn't see a few meters in front of you without being met with a white void. The Mitchells chose to do an easy hike, one that they had not gone in a very long while for nostalgia. Eric, Conner and Daniel packed before heading out, walking along the trail that led up a small cliffside. They couldn't see two feet in front of them and the cliff seemed to be held up with roots, mud and a dream. A dream to crumble at any moment. What the Mitchells didn't know was the fencing had been removed from the cliff's edge. It could never hold one person. That's why there was a fence there. Emphasis on was. The white fog covering the cliff seemed… peaceful, almost entrancing, especially to a hermit like Daniel. A little too entrancing. The older brother steps closer to the edge, taking out his phone as he tries to take a photo. The floor beneath him crumbled. Conner runs forward, attempting to pull his brother back but he slips on the mud and catches his arm on a jagged rock. The rock left a nasty large gash that snakes up his arm, one that would be a reminder for what came next. As Conner hissed through his teeth, the cliff crumbled further. Daniel lost his footing, tumbling into the white void below.
2012 - 2015 Grief can do a lot to a guy:
After the accident, family dinners fell silent. Conner’s usual chatty self was replaced with a pit of emptiness. Nobody would speak a word, the only sound was the spinning fan humming above them. This would be their life. Conner would feel that guilt. Always. His parents set him up for therapy in his junior year after he was beginning to struggle; getting into fights and constantly skipping. The the****** worked through his guilt, it wouldn't fix or erase what happened, it wouldn't bring Daniel back. All he wanted was his brother. They suggested he listen to classical music and meditate, a way to calm down if things got messy. It didn't work at first but he learnt to rely on it, his own little world. Conner finished high school with good grades and pursued criminology in college, earning his bachelors and PHD. Mitchell eventually felt as though he needed something to refresh himself after college, landing himself in Karakura, an island with a bustling city. There he would get an office job to make an easy living.
Present day:
Conner settled in Karakura, Japan. Doing odd jobs on top of his 9-5 office job. The clacking of the keyboards felt empty to him. Mitchell felt as though he should be doing more with his life, something more exciting. The job he was currently working didn't fulfil his needs and wants. He’d spend endlessly continuing the same routine he’d had for 4 years: Wake up, get ready for work, work 9-5, return home, have dinner then fall back asleep. Repeat. It felt draining. Too draining. The only thing he got excited for was those few times every year where Conner takes a few days off to travel to Texas to visit his parents and his late brother's grave. That's the only thing he looked forward to. Even his co-workers weren't that interested in speaking to him, it felt as though most days he was talking to a brick wall and customers on the phone. One late and rainy Thursday night, Conner was walking back to his apartment. The streetlamps hummed and flickered. The faint sounds of the rain pattering on his umbrella filled the silence. A poster outside KPD caught his eyes, Conner almost walked past it, he had to backtrack to make sure what he saw was correct. His hues flickered between the words ‘Hiring!’ Maybe this is what he needed? This was the change he was looking for. The man took out his flip phone, snapping a photo of the poster before continuing his walk back. Once inside his apartment, he threw off his shoes and darted to his laptop, filling out the application. The excitement filled his lungs up like a balloon that was ready to pop. The next day he gets an email back for an interview on Monday. Conner scheduled the day off immediately. For the rest of the week all he could think about was what he’d say and if the man would mess his chances up. Monday rolled around quickly, Conner picked out his best button up and trousers and headed out. He approached the front desk, asking about where he’d need to go for the interview. The officer gestured to a door. Conner thanked him heading over, another officer swung open the door, leading him to a quiet but crowded room. Upon entering he could see plenty of other people filling out forms. The KPD officer handed him a two page form. “Once you’ve finished, hand it in.” Conner nodded, thanking him as he found an empty chair. He reached into his pocket, taking a black ballpoint pen and began filling it out.

Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
“To my knowledge? No. You cannot own a pocket knife in many places so I wouldn't doubt that it is any different in Karakura. If someone is found with it in their possession they could face three months in jail with a ¥150,000 yen bail.”

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
“I’d hoped this would never happen but I know what the world is like. Under the circumstances this does happen I'd first assure that my body camera is working although i dont think it would ever stop recording/streaming. I’d then make sure there is CCTV around to further capture evidence to report to higher ups of the crime. I’d need to gather as much as I can to explain to the people in charge as I don't want to get in trouble for lacking in. I’ll then pull away my co-worker, radioing for backup in case things get messy. Then after my co-worker has backed off, I'll make sure the inmate is okay. I believe that every inmate has the right and equality as any other person no matter what crime. I’d tend to any injuries whilst EMS is on the way depending on the severity of the injury.”
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
“Whilst on patrols, you cannot avoid the possibility of a criminal assaulting you on the street. If I found my co-worker being assaulted whilst out on patrol, I'd first radio in for backup depending on how many are surrounding them. I’d then pull my co-worker away and try to de-escalate the situation with either my stun-blaster or baton as a fellow officer’s safety is my first priority. I will subdue the criminal, arresting them for the crime of assault on an officer. Once the criminal has been sorted, I will then check on my co-worker with a first aid kit depending if EMS can arrive in time and tend to their injuries.”
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
“See, now, I'd be careful around this as gathering evidence alone can be dangerous. I wouldn't confront them directly as I don't know what would happen and I can't go based on rumours alone. A corrupt co-worker being corrupt is an undermining of the public's trust and must be dealt with accordingly. I'd first need to gather as much as I can before reporting it to a higher up. Accusations without evidence can get me in a lot of trouble. I’ll start off by gathering information: documenting everything I know, checking CCTV and making sure my body camera collects everything.”
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
“A criminal trying to bribe me would be against the law and if I'm quite frank common sense. I'd never give into it no matter the amount. I’d bring out my notepad and write them a fine of ¥25,000 which they can pay or do community service. My team is more important than money.”
