Describe your activity on the server: I am pretty active on the server! I play a lot during my days off, but I also tend to play after I get off work at 11pm(CST) and normally until around 6-7am(CST) most days! I like to destress by fishing, and creating fun drama with my friends who play on the server! I've got to play a lot in order to give most of my character "screen time".

School Employee Role you are applying for?: Libarian!
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: A Librarian is someone task with organizing and maintaining library collections, otherwise students and teachers might struggle with finding what they're looking for. They are also tasked with assisting teachers and students with finding the right read for the occasion, whether it be a textbook study or a fun adventure book to escape from reality with! That also ties into promoting and recommending literature, can't find a book that you fancy? Have you tried looking into this genre? 10/10 has great character development and story depth!
There is also the task of maintaining Library Programs, like book clubs or gatherings! What if a member becomes unruly because another student is dissing on their favorite character from the book, and an argument breaks out! The Librarian on duty would have to keep things in check, or alert staff members of the incident taking place.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Well... I want to say close to around 10-11 years of experience! With some time off in between due to writers block or from having no one who shares the same interests to roleplay with. I started off by writing stories with my childhood best friend, with each of us taking a turn writing as our preferred characters! But as we both became familiar with the internet and our interests expanded, we discovered original characters made by artists of the fandoms we both really liked, and shortly after that we were introduced to roleplay. For me, it was an escape from a poor reality and gave me a way to express my creativity. So, I guess I could be considered a veteran? Or something like that.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: I love reading and writing in real life, I actually wanted to be a librarian when I was a kid because of the one that worked at my school. I think this would not only make my inner child's dream come true (sorta) but also give me plenty of opportunities for fun interactions amongst other school staff, and students! I notice that people like to hang out inside the school Library, but I never see a Librarian there when I'm online. So, I figured why not? Let's give this a try!

/me She cleared her throat, speaking in a calm manner. "I'm sorry that you feel this way, but we do not use that kind of language in the Library. This is a quiet space for students to read or study, and you are disrupting. If this behavior continues, you will be asked to leave for the day... understood?" Rivera's tone was firm, she did not want things to escalate any further. . . however, her thumb hovered over the output button on her radio just in case backup was required.
/me Rivera rushes over, radio in hand as she alerted fellow staff of what was unfolding. As she approached the pair, Rivera yells "Nuh-Uh! Break it up, right now!" while attempting to pry them off of each other. As she spoke her voice was deep and stern, some call it a 'Mom voice'.
/me "What do you think you're doing!?" She called out after seeing the events unfold, approaching them with haste "That's dangerous, knock it off before you or someone else gets hurt..." Her brows were upturned, a look of worry in her expression.
/me Rivera walked toward the empty seat closest to the coffee maker, taking out a book from her bag which appeared to be some kind of adventure novel. As she sat down and began reading, Rivera was no longer of this world, her mind was withing the pages as her eyes scanned the words. After such a long day of organizing shelves and directing people to the right sections, it was nice to have a moment to herself and actually read one of the many books she surrounded herself with on a daily basis.

Backstory
When I first came to Karakura, knew little to no Japanese at all and was homeless. I often took refuge inside the local library, where a kind old Librarian helped me learn the language. In return for teaching me, I helped her put away books and organize during her work shift. It was from her kindness that I not only learned to read and write Japanese but also fell in love with the literature, not long after that I began attending school! Still helping the little old Librarian from time to time, as she had been somewhat of a grandmother figure to me. After graduation high school, I perused tattoo art for extra money to pay rent and well... a few years later and I was struggling to bring in new clients, so I tried out other odd jobs like fishing with Roberts, but that got me nowhere and I was struggling to pay rent. One day by mere chance, I saw an ad for Karakura High saying they needed an extra School Librarian, and it felt like fate. So, I applied! Before I knew it, I was back to organizing shelves and directing people to the right sections. I felt like... I was home, finally.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
I come from a place where knowledge was restricted, only the basics were taught and because of this I suffered greatly to make it in this world. But during my time attending Karakura High I enjoyed learning and growing. If not for the Librarian who took me in, I would probably not be here right now... and if I can be the person that they were to me, to someone else? To push, and encourage the pursuit of knowledge that they don't teach you in class? Or even just recommend a good book... That would be enough. I want to see more people in libraries and ensure that they keep coming back.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Well, I'm nothing special. I'm sure there are many great contestants who would love the opportunity to sit around and make money... but I want more than that. I have passion when it comes to literature, because of how it can broaden your perspective. I am offering to help students peruse reading, and guide them to the right book.
