I started role-playing in 2023 before Christmas coming on this server,I gained so many experience, found off of videos and server lists!
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I thought of experiencing and working on it but didn't know how, thanks to that my friend encouraged me, since I was nervous and worried. Seemed like an easy job to me and have few things to do! It seems a lovely job!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Evric Yurell would sigh, as he looked at the student, tired of hearing that but he said: "You know, that's not nice to someone who works hard, not trying to offensive just in case, if you were in my place, how you would feel?" he said calmly, not happy but went back to work. Added: "So, I'm giving you some advice, if you keep doing like that, you get an detention. " Looked at student a bit serious. Then smiled at the other students.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Evric would immediately raise his voice to get attention and instruct the students to stop, while keeping a safe distance. He would contact SLT or security right away and attempt to verbally de-escalate the situation until proper staff arrive to handle the incident.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Evric would raise his voice to get attention , telling the employee to tone down their behaviour and if they, continued , he would nonchalantly report them to the SLT.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
He would take seat, took sip of tea, "Ahh... Long day..." He would daydreaming of his own girlfriend.. Then would yap to his colleagues about his childhood and hobbies, maybe walk around at the same time whistling . . Either that or this:
He would ask some of his colleague if liked to join to board game like UNO, some cards game. Make them guess the riddles happily.
He would find tons of ways to do in break-time, his favorite of all time doing in break time is just talk with his colleagues about some interest to do or before ends class about students ! Some recent happen in the Japan!

Backstory
Evric Yurell was born in Tokyo , Japan , and grew up in a middle-class family. His childhood was adventurous and happy, spending time with family during holidays and enjoying life. However, everything changed when his parents divorced. Evric became different; he wasn't always happy, brave , or even adventurous. This period shaped him. His mother grew more distant, making excuses for breaking her promises to attend his events and ultimately missing all of them. Meanwhile , his stepfather tried to cheer him up when Evric was very sad but started to make mean comments, blaming his own stepfather for stealing his mother's attention .
Evric locked himself in his room for several days, even though his stepfather tried to knock on his door, bringing food and giving him space. After a few weeks, Evric decided to give his stepfather a chance to be a part of his life, with the condition that he would attend all his events . His stepfather said , "Anything for you, son! I'll always do something to see you happy."
Evric realized that his behavior toward his stepfather had been unfair and felt guilty. He said , "I'm sorry for everything I said to you ; it didn't mean anything!" His stepfather already understood the pain he had gone through.
He continued to read multiple books in the library with his girlfriend , who was sleeping nearby while he read about various jobs. He found them interesting and nearly read fifty books ! It was impressive ! He started improving his grammar and spelling , even though he still made some mistakes.
He felt ashamed with his own grammar and spellings, but his girlfriend still supported him, said: "So what? Everyone's not perfect! So you're fine! As long they'll accept you because you know what you do! Don't lose hopes! Evric looked at her, surprised and happily in tears hugged her tightly whispering: "Thank you for being here, I wouldn't been worried a lot, if I didn't try, I wouldn't now!" he chuckled.
Soon after grade 12, exams results of ENG and Japanese was due on 14 Februrary on Friday, Evric super nervous, looked at list of students exam results, closely, saw his grades that was so amazing.
He got into a great college and earned his diploma . He aced his exams : 8.5 out of 10 on his English and 7 out of 10 in Japanese, which made him proud after studying hard all night. He entered university, where he met amazing colleagues who were kind and smart like him, guiding him through this new experience. He was impressed, made friends, and talked a lot about his dream job . He wrote his first novel , "Rose the Bloom. " The professors were surprised by his first book 's submission .
After everything, he received his diploma and applied for jobs. Which all of these are rejections, which Evric was confused, but did other activities and his friends helped out with bills. He continued studying human emotions , relationships, and other interests while his job application remained pending considering "last chance", that's what Evric though. Patiently waited.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Evric was always eager to work at a school and he was motivated, interested and had full support in trying to apply. By Family (his fiance and lil sister including step-father) and friends! Then found out about that school he had childhood with, seeing multiple jobs, janitors, teachers, professors, nursers, receptionist, etc. So he usually saw other receptionist work.. he adored it! So he impulsing his own dream job by applying on job application! Bit nervous… but excited! He said: "To help making the world kinder and right at decisions that they would do in future!", he smiled after he said, proud of himself.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
He would chuckle nervously, finding some words to tell . . .then he said:" To make world better and well educated, teens or adult how we call it, are our future, because of us, they'll have the motivation to continue on high school and college, as in example. Best qualities."
