Why do you want to own a shop?:
Over the years, I have been playing as a student on SchoolRP. I believe it's time where I should branch off into the rest of the RP world. I would like to see what it is like having more responsibilities as the owner of a shop. This experience will and can expand my roleplay skills and make me a better person in all. It will give me a different perspective on the SchoolRP server creating better gameplay. I think I am a good leader. I had the honor of being able to help a few shop owners, I helped them kick-start their shops and even became a manager. Although that was fun, I believe it's my turn to step up to the plate and own a shop. I want to be able to take on the challenge of a shop owner. When being able to own a shop and be active, it can impact other characters roleplay life because certain items in the shop will be essential for roleplay. If I become a shop owner, I'd be as active as possible. People wouldn't have to worry about a shop being opened or not because I'd try and open every day. If I don't open every day then I will be open every other day. When becoming a shop owner, you can do so many more things to further deepen your roleplay experience and life. I'd be able to pursue my dream of owning a shop and get as creative with what I want with my shop in the design of the building, uniforms. As a shop owner, I can make sure that everyone who comes to my shop will have an enjoyable time. I won't tolerate disrespect towards my customers, my staff, or myself. I will be able to create a place where people will not have to worry about being hurt by hiring good security and good managers.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
Once I get this shop, I plan to renovate the inside to make the inside more inviting and appealing. In my opinion, the inside of the shop needs a few adjustments. These adjustments include the seating and changing things to match a certain color scheme. I plan to host many events to boost spirits during low times and to make people happy altogether. I plan to make a shop with a glowing environment allowing anyone to come and join in. I want my staff to always have a smile on their face and always being kind.
I plan to make this a place for people of all ages with things that everyone can love and enjoy. I plan to take all suggestions into consideration. I will take what people say as feedback try to better my store and events better. I plan to keep the store name the same due to prior growth from before. I plan to make a uniform for all classes of workers/staff once I have made the renovations to the store. Finally, I plan to partner with the other shops and restaurants, such as Kiyoura Cafe, Noms Cafe, HeartBucks, Saturnized, etc.
How will your shop be unique:
One of the most unique things that I can do with this shop is have something new happen inside every single day. Every Monday if we open I will be hosting an event I would like to call Monday Madness, It will add a discounted price on most items creating more business for the store and creating a strong Customer owner bond. For Tuesday I would like to create something call Terrific Tuesday. It as well creates a discounted price but on the phones. Most of the main attraction to the 11/7 would clearly be the phones. This is why I would think it would be a good idea for these. For Wednesday I would like to create Wonderful Wednesday, On Wednesday all of the desert items will be on sale creating a sweet treat for anyone coming in that day. For Thursday I would think Throw-back Thursday would be amazing what happens is they can choose one item in the store and have it at a specific discounted price depending on what it is. The final day I would like to create would be Fortunate Friday Every single item in the store will have a discount dragging in more and more customers allowing amazing business and an even better customer to owner relationship. One of the most unique things about me being the owner of the 11/7 I would like to create a Delivery Line! It will add a new outlook on the store and make it even better for most people!
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I am planning on having 15 workers(including me).
1 Delivery, this is because delivery is rarely used but is still a good thing to have. Delivery is a vital part of most stores out place. Sometimes people don't want to take the effort out of their day to walk down and enjoy a nice meal at a nice place, which is fine, but when they don't want to take that effort they can always call the delivery number.
1 Chef, I've come to learn that chefs are also very important. While helping the owner of Kiyoura Cafe unpack and cook all the stock she had, I had seen why chefs are so important. Chef's cook every uncooked item when needed. Chefs should know at least a little bit of cooking or more. It is important that they know what they are doing.
3 Security, I've seen many things happen at many different stores. I believe that security is essential. This is important, fights can break out at any time in a shop. People can disagree, lie, and even get physical. That's where security comes in. If a fight breaks out, security will be there to settle it in a calm manner.
6 Cashiers, Without cashiers, who will ring up those who want to buy our stock?
3 Managers, this role is very major. Managers help the owner keep people in line depending on where and what they are assigned to. Managers can help owners manage the staff, the stock, and the events that take place in the shop, for the shop.
