Backstory:
She was born into a family of four, her mom, July Heartstring, her dad, Mark Heartstring, and her twin brother, Matt Heartstring. Her mother passed when she was three, leaving her father to take care of the two. Mark Heartstring, mind you, was not a very.. child loving.. person and quickly grew annoyed at the twins. Soon after he started drinking, he would abuse the two when ever they were misbehaving or when ever he felt like it. Rose and Matt soon stopped crying, knowing it would result in pain. They kept to themselves and never really talked to each other too much unless they needed to. When they enrolled into kindergarden, Rose and Matt were shown that kindness can go a long way. Rose made some friends, one being Nova Smith. Nova was a kind girl and her and Rose were best friends till the end. Matt however still kept to himself unless someone talked to him first, in which he seemed very happy to respond to them. Around sixth grade, their father took up poker. The "friends" he played with only spoke Russian and came over every night to play. Of course, Rose and Matt were sent to their rooms for the night when ever the group came over. Rose never learned to sleep through the loud party and just laid and listen each night. That year, she took up Russian to know what these people were around for, as their father never told them. In eighth grade, she understood enough to realize that each night they were playing poker. During the summer of nineth grade, Matt and Rose decided to move out to Japan, knowing that they'll get a better education and life there. They packed for maybe five days before the flight out to Japan. In one of those five days, their dad died in a car accident returning home from a pub. Before the funeral, the two flew off, not wanting to attend the horrible person's death ceremony. Once enrolled into the school, Matt had gotten into a fight outside of campus and had his eyes clawed at. Rose soon grew weary and cautious at school for the first year she was there. To sum up the first school, let me just list what happens. She finds some friends, she attends class, finds a new bestie called Esther, her brother dies, gets involved with some gang activity, and finds Raven (or Rohan). The two hit it off fast and became a couple. She graduated at that school and got into the college there. Soon after she got on a plane with Rohan and they flew out to another city in Japan. They officially move in and Rohan inherits the Yakuzba.
