ISSUE: There is a small area where I can't place blocks. It won't let me.

Ok, I guess we misunderstood each other on the last forum I made because what I was talking about, did not get fixed, ANNOYING I know. All that was done was that a wall of blocks I placed there got removed. Anyway, I made a video to show you guys what I mean so that we don't have to go through this again LOL. Anyway, same issue just better evidence I guess. If anything DM me on Discord, @p.e.a , please. This is the forum I'm talking about in case you need it:
