I have been banned three times from erp but I have not done it since. I admit, it did take me a bit to learn my lesson but after the third ban and the 15 day wait I finally learned to never erp again. The actions I did before I regret and I apologize for my inappropriate behavior. Also, I have read over the rules and understand them clearly after these events occurred. I really do hope that this does not affect my chances of getting accepted, this role will allow me to mature more, I am deeply sorry for my past actions.

Describe your activity on the server:
I am very active on the server ranging from 4 - 6 hours a day, sometimes more depending on the weekend or the day. The time is split up between the morning and night mainly. Sometimes I come on in the afternoon after I am done with classes. This server is my favorite and the only one I play on. I love to roleplay with my friends and to meet new people.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I 100% acknowledge that if I am inactive I will be demoted. I will make sure to be active daily and to put in all my effort into my work. I also know that I need to complete 10 hours a month and I will make sure to do overtime work as well.
School Employee Role you are applying for?: Counselor
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Being a counselor is an extremely important job, it requires hard work day in and day out. You have to have an open mind when listening to students, teachers and adults. Counselor’s go into school ready to help students with emotional problems, physical problems and any other problems they have to deal with. They don’t stop seeing that student until they are feeling better and relaxed. They are also there to set up events for students to come to, like meditation or other events that can ease the minds and stress for students. On top of setting up events, Counselors roam the hallways to see if there is any trouble inside or outside of school if they don't have students to see. Finally, Counselor’s help out during teacher meetings or staff meetings as well to make events happen in a safe, fun and organized.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have experience in DetailRP and GangRP. I have detailed a few times with cooking pasta and in a culinary class a lot when my character was in Grade 12. I have a way better understanding of all the rules on srp from GangRP and because of help from staff and all my friends. While in school I always detail my characters actions out, whether it just be sitting down. Every small move can be detailed in so many different ways. Also, I have learned very well that you have to stay on school grounds during school hours. If I get this role, I will be on school grounds 20 - 30 mins early (OOC time) to prepare everything and what my day is going to be like. Another thing I love to do is be very descriptive when my character is saying something to another person, usually I think of creative ways I can make the situation more happy or serious depending on what is happening.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
I would step away from the situation, not over reacting at all, taking deep breaths in and out slowly and then going back to the situation. Then I would calmly say, “Can you please step out of the office and come back in with a more respectful and positive attitude. I do not help students when they are in a negative space and talking to me like this.”
In no way would I take advantage of the situation by using hurtful words back or physical contact. If they don’t stop with this way of talking I will get another staff member to help me.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
I would get between them both, splitting them apart immediately. If any other students are around watching I will tell them to go to a different area or to their next class so I can focus on the situation at hand clearly. If they do not stop fighting, I will alert other staff members to help me if there are some around the area I am in. Once the students are separated, I will have each of them calm down and sit down. I will ask them both one at a time to tell me what exactly happened. After this, I will ask them both to leave at different times so they don’t follow each other. If the situation is really out of hand and they won’t stop after I tell them to go their separate ways, telling the dean or principle about it and giving them detention is the best idea.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
When another school employee acts like this it is absolutely unacceptable. No employee should act like this around young kids, high schoolers, college students and even their own workers/adults. I would immediately warn the dean or principle of the school that this employee needs to be fired at once. The school is a safe, relaxing and comfortable environment and if any worker acts like that and goes against the rules he or she will be warned instantly by me. I would inform other workers as well so they can tell the dean if I am busy.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
My character will always act respectful and friendly to everyone who enters the break room. When eating or drinking coffee, Isabelle will always use manners and not be rude. She will make sure to invite another school employee to sit down with her if someone seems lonely. She will also sit down with others if they are already talking, she would make conversation about work and outside life during their breaks. My character loves to meet new people and this will be absolutely perfect for her in every way. She wants to get people to trust her as well as trusting them.

/me She’d open the door to her office, smiling at (him or her) walking in, the room would be soundproofed so no one can hear as, she would sit down in her chair, keeping her back straight as pointed at the couch, saying softly “Hi, my name is Isabelle, everything that you say here will be kept confidential. Don’t be afraid to tell me anything that is on your mind, I am here to help you and make sure everything gets better”
/me Opens her book, writing down important information that the student is saying, having a very concerned and upset look on her face, she’d stop writing looking back at the student, softly saying (She’d ask a question relating to what the student just said)
/me She’d look at the students in shock as they were fighting, getting in between them and putting her arms out super wide to push them away from each other, she’d say in a stern voice “Sit down right now, tell me everything that just happened that caused you two to start fighting”

Backstory:
Isabelle Auroras grew up as an only child with two parents in New York City. Her mom was always a loving mother, taking care of Isabelle at all times when she was younger. She would play toys with Isabelle after she came back from school, keeping her mind occupied at all times. When it turned night time, that was the hardest part for both her and her mom. That was when Isabelle’s dad would come home and it would always be very late at night. A couple minutes before her dad came home, Isabelle’s mom would put her up in her room every night. Her mom knew what was going to happen each night because it was a routine. He would come home drunk, smelling strongly of alcohol and be absolutely miserable from work.
Isabelle’s dad was a very isolated and cold person, he never talked about life or his problems to anyone. While Isabelle was up hiding in her room, she would play with her dolls but always overheard her parents yelling at the top of their voices. She almost felt like when she was born that she was the cause of all their parents problems. Isabelle was only 5 years old and she had these thoughts that it was all her fault. Some nights it would get really out of hand and she would hear hitting and screaming from her mom. Isabelle knew it was her mom in pain from her dad hitting her. She wanted to do something to help her mom but she didn’t want to go against her mom’s rule, which was to always stay up in her room until they went to bed. Eventually, my mom had enough of it and filed for a divorce, she got half of my dad’s stuff including Isabelle.
They moved straight to Karakura because her mom heard so many great and positive things about this town. Eventually, they found a wonderful and beautiful home in the town and moved right in. Overtime, their lives started to get so much more peaceful. Isabelle’s mom got a new job at a business and Isabelle is doing amazing in her academics and in high school. She also met very friendly friends who she trusts and is like family to her from high school. They have never been split apart since. Now all of her friends, including herself are in College now, they are still studying but Isabelle wants more. She wants to get a job since she just graduated College and wants to help out people who are in need and that require care and help within the school of Karakura. Isabelle is ready to take on a new challenge and she wants it very badly, it is her dream to be a School Counselor.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
ICLY: Isabelle wants to help her fellow students, school employees and friends by letting everyone talk to her about all their problems and emotions. Obviously she will have to find the balance with time management and how many students she can see in a day but she is ready for anything. She is ready to help anyone who comes, even if she has to stay late before the school gates close.
OOC: I want to make my roleplaying more interesting and this role will be a perfect way for me to do that. It will help me meet new friends, detail better and show everyone that I am loving, helpful and supportive. Like I said, helping people in real life is what I love doing and bringing it to my favorite server is even a step better. Joining KHS has been a dream of mine ever since I joined the server from my friend telling me all about it.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should be accepted over other applicants because I put in the effort, love, time and care into talking to people in real life such as friends, family and other people. My friends always trust me, whenever they are feeling down I am there to cheer them up and help them through tough situations. Making people smile is the number one thing that is important to me, no matter what I put others before myself. I want to bring what I do for the people around me in real life into the server. I will show hard work and maturity with me and my character and I will be ready to take on whatever problems are thrown my way. Proving that my character has matured is really important to me and I think I showed that by being able to keep my college role. I want to show that I haven’t lost that by doing my very best at being a school counselor. This role means everything to me and I really hope I will get it. I want to continue to show staff that I am able to handle new roles and new challenges that are ahead of me.

Additional notes about your application:
I am prepared to work very hard to gain the trust of staff members, students, school employees and the dean as well when working at the school. I will put in the hours that are needed, I hope I get accepted.
