In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Private tutors provide one-on-one educational assistance to elementary and secondary school students or to adults. As an elementary school tutor, you may help children (grades 1 – 8) improve their skills in reading, writing or math. As a secondary school tutor, you may help students (grades 9 – 12) with English, history, science, math, French or other subjects. Tutors for adults may teach literacy, English or other languages, or other subjects. Generally, you are self-employed and operate a tutoring business. You may also work for a company that specializes in tutoring services or a community literacy organization. You may work out of your own home, your students' home, or a local meeting place like a library or community centre.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
Yes, before i found this server, last August I would play School rps.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Like I said on the last question, I used to play on server, where you could pretend you were a teacher or a student even the Chef or Lunchtime monitor or Teaching assistant and so on. Due to the amount of RP that was advertise on the server, I was experiencing different types of role plays. You can go from fantasy role plays to even high school role plays.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
You will tutor school age children on a one to one basis, usually for an hour at a time, so you need to be able to prepare activities for them that will hold their interest, and you should enjoy working closely with individual students.
You will also have to respond to the demands of the parents! They will have a firm idea about what they want a tutor to achieve. This might not always be in line with the abilities of their son or daughter so diplomacy and sensitivity are also required skills.In Game Name:

Many parents hire a tutor because they want their student to achieve particular exam grades. Others receive a fright when their child does poorly in a piece of coursework and they employ a tutor to help their child improve. A few simply want their child to receive the one to one attention that is not available even in the best schools.
There are usually three sorts of activities that you will be asked to do:
- Coursework help (sometimes involving a specific task, other times improvement in writing performance)
- Exam preparation
- General tutoring to improve students overall performance or make them a more rounded individual.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would ask the student to stop cursing, if they didn't stop cursing at me while I was asking them to stop, I would go and ask for help from someone in a higher position eg. Teacher, or the Head Teacher.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would be confused at the start and alert to make sure no one would get hurt, I would also go ahead and do the job, seeing as the Principal is in-charge of anyone in a lower position then he/she.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would ask them if they were okay or needed any help. If they did not stop what they were doing I would try to calmly talk to them to resolve the situation, if this attempt failed I would ask someone of a higher position to help me out.

My motivation for joining YHS is, they have a good teaching system as well as an organised school. And I think the community is a lovely place and is a great area for having a school, I also think the students are lovely.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I'm not expecting to be picked out from everyone to be accepted, but I would really enjoy helping out around the school, and I would accept all challenges thrown at me. I would do the best of my ability while completing these challenges, I will also put everything before me, because other Teachers or a higher rank, along with the students. Helping the kids through school would mean so much to me and I would really enjoy helping them through this though time. Seeing the success made after the kids have left school would make me so happy seeing as I've been able to help them through school and onward.
