School Employee Role you are Applying For:
Assistant Nurse
How often do you log onto the server?:
On weekdays I come on around 6-8 hours. On weekends I usually play for 8-9 hours, maybe more. Usually on my main account.
Do you have discord?
Yes, Daddy Mari#6638.
Do you have a microphone?
Yes.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
I have been banned once on my main account (DepressRP) for refunding a rank, which was a misunderstanding to which I was quickly unbanned. It happened on the date 7-12-2018.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
Yes, I can ensure that I will come on as often as I can.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes, I do know I can be ICly fired.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The Assistant nurse aids the head nurse in curing students injuries and helps whenever they are required. If the Head Nurse needs the Assistant Nurse to help, the Assistant Nurse will go to the Head Nurses side and help with whatever issue may be occurring, whether it be a simple sc**** or something much more advanced in sickness or injury. When the Head Nurse is out, the Assistant Nurse aids the students and other school employees to the best of their ability until the Head Nurse comes back.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
Yes, I do have a bit of experience in this sort of roleplay from other servers and games. Although I have experience in it, I'd like to expand on my experiences and possibly find something new while doing so.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have roleplayed on different servers and games. The type of roleplay I normally do is School Roleplay, however, I have roleplayed on fantasy and medieval servers before getting indulged into school roleplays. When roleplaying, I'm normally a student or an employee when it comes to SRP. I'd like to change that and try something different.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes. As stated above, the Assistant Nurse is a person who aids the Head Nurse when dealing with injuries or situations when a nurse is required. If the Head Nurse needs the Assistant Nurse, they will aid them in what they need help with, whether it be a sc**** or something bigger. If the Head Nurse is out sick, the Assistant Nurse will take over their position and aid the students or other employees until they arrive back in a better state. If the Head Nurse is busy with another person's injury, the Assistant Nurse will treat others sicknesses/injuries if needed. Assistants tend to follow care plans, keep records, and clean/disinfect equipment, anything an assistant would do. Overall, the Assistant Nurse helps the Head Nurse when required, along with making sure the students are happy and healthy.
[Situations]
During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
If a student were to be cursing at me, I'd politely ask them to stop. If they continued to call me rude names, I'd give them a second, more stern warning. If they had still continued after I told them continuously to stop, I'd report it to a higher up so the student would get either a detention or a suspension depending on the severity.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
Depending on how hazardous the job is, I'd either respectfully decline, or take up the job. After hearing and processing what the principal wished of me to do, I'd try doing what was asked of me. If I find the job too dangerous, I will politely take it up with the principal, and say I can't accomplish what was asked of me. Again, depending on the severity, there is a chance I will upright decline the job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
If the employee was acting up, I'd sternly tell them what they were doing is wrong/dangerous and ask them to stop whatever activity they were doing. If said employee continued to defy the rules, I'd report it to a higher up, as a worker shouldn't be acting so immature and childish during work hours. Depending on the severity of the situation, I may try to get them fired.

Applicant Name:
Darren Shiraishi
Chosen Job:
Assistant Nurse
Motivation for Joining YHS:
Seeing Karakura as a whole- and throughout living here, I've taken the time to realize that there are many people- especially students, being injured from left to right. Seeing, and hearing those students being injured had an effect on me- it had shock shooting straight through my body. So, I decided to apply for this job so I could be able to ease the pain in some of the students here in this town.
Age:
26
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I can't promise that I won't make mistakes, and I can't promise that I'll be perfect at this job. However, I can promise that I will do my best to help the students and employees here. I really want to help the students here, and I'm determined to do just that. I may not meet the standards, but I certainly can try. I am committed to my job and will take it seriously, as any professional should.
