How often do you log onto the server?: Every other day or every day depending on how I'm feeling that day.
Do you have discord?: yes (Strawberry Cheesecake#6669)
Do you have a microphone?: yes, I do.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: No, I have not been yet.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes I can, and I will, once I get accepted (if I do) I will make sure to come on every other day or every day if another librarian is not online.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, due to it being realistic if I don't do what I'm supposed to I could be fired, it only makes sense.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
managing, developing and training library assistants, teacher aides, student librarians and volunteers. planning and managing the library budget. developing and managing the collection in consultation with staff and students. arranging displays and promotional events to encourage people to use the library.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: yes, I do.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: So far I have a lot and I'm planning on expanding my Roleplaying style and being a librarian would help that, by giving me different experiences and such to change not only the way I play but how I can help in the server as a role player and someone to help others as.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
A librarian categorizes, prepares, and catalogues the materials, they also recommend material and help individuals find the information that they need or what the individual is interested in and help them. They ****yze and organize collections by subject, alphabet and sometimes colour or by author. They educate individuals on how to use the library systems to find the information they need and sometimes do lectures on some history of libraries or other things that the classroom might not.
[Situations]
During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: he would simply keep calm and tell them to be quiet, if it gets out of hand he'd guide them out of the library and talk to them about it. Like, tell them that he's just doing his job and if they aren't satisfied they could just talk to him about what they need. But of course, keep calm through it, it's not good to lash out at the student because that could get his job on the line.
You are doing a (hazardous) job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: (i accidentally changed this question and I bracketed it, oops but ill continue) he would question the principal slightly but wouldn't say anything while questioning, he'll just keep either a calm demeanour or just simply agree to do it.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: If they are nearby my character, I would have my character excuse themselves from the library if he's with Students and he would call out to that Employee or other librarian and tell them that it isn't safe to do what they were doing, and they should try and be more of a role model for the Students because they look up to some of the teachers or employees.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I've been in the school for a while and I thought that since I like the school enough, and I love books due to my Bookworm kind of personality I thought that it would be nice for me to become a librarian and help out some of the students and or staff as well.
Age: 17 (should be 18 but i have a rank so my age is glitched).
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I think you should accept me because not only do I have experience, but I have room for quick fix-ups and adjustments. And if an individual wants to ask me about a book, due to me reading a lot I could suggest good books and connect with students and people about said book(s). And I love helping people out and letting people know they have somewhere to go to study and or read, or just have some alone time.
