Yes, I do have a microphone but, I usually don’t talk in calls unless it is specifically requested or it’s a special occasion.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
Yes, I have been banned before because of fly hacking and other hacked clients. I’ve learned from my mistakes and I know to never do things like that ever again, and I can promise you that I’ll try my hardest to abide by the server rules.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
Yes, I can ensure that I will come on due to the fact that I enjoy logging onto the server and I understand the importance of staying active when given a role on the server.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes, I do recognize that I can be fired ICly due to things that my character does. I understand that my actions ICly have consequences and that I must act properly, especially on school grounds.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
As a school mentor, my job would be to not only help students with school issues such as bullying, grades, and other things but, also to help them with at home issues if I see fit. I am overall there to help the student with any questions they have or things they’d like to discuss because they don’t feel comfortable with the topic or just need to speak with someone about a specific thing that happened. I am also there to guide the student into a good path to help them with academics and making their way through school as smoothly as possible, this regards college, helping with stress calming methods for tests, and a few other techniques. The entire purpose of the school mentor job is to help/guide students with any questions or issues they’re having whether it’s school related or not.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
No, but I would love to learn more about this side of roleplay. This may lead to many new RP situations that I wouldn’t have been able to take part in previously. I would love to gain more roleplay experience from different perspectives and roles, that is one of the main reasons why I am applying for this role.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have experience in many different role plays due to this server, I have been playing this server for a long time and my ar check is about 30+ days. I have been on SRP since the previous map with the bridge. I have been roleplaying for about a year or two now and I understand how to RP as a student, worker at multiple shops, and possibly a few other roles. I have read through the rules thoroughly and I understand that while roleplaying I need to follow those rules and ensure that I listen to what staff members say.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes, I am familiar with what my job does. I know that I have to be responsible for the kids that need help around the school. School mentoring is a job for people that can control others around the school that either has mental disabilities or people that just need help in general. I am also aware that I should be on duty every time school is open.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
If a student decides to act out, I will take notes on what the student is doing while I explain to the kid that I am just trying to help. If the kid still proceeds to act up, I will then contact a higher up. And if that doesn’t help I will proceed to try to get the student to calm down or show them that I’m not pathetic.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would quickly ask for the details on the job to complete it safely and to my fullest potential and then fulfill the request as asked to do so. Afterward, I would question the significance of the job I did and why he requested it to be done, but only if the hazardous job was unethical and questionable.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
Depending on how bad or serious the situation is, I’ll report it to the Vice or Main Principal. Otherwise, I’ll ask nicely for them to either act properly or justify their dangerous actions. I would also make sure that I show them to learn from their mistakes in a respectful tone and manner.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
My motivation for applying is that I’ve always had a love for helping out and I feel like as a school mentor I can really use my skills for the better. I feel that I would be able to work best in a school environment because I do well with children, I don’t get angered easily and overall I love the setting of the school. The school itself has a warm and nice environment that I feel I would be able to work well in.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should get accepted over all other applicants because I am dedicated to helping out kids that need someone’s guidance with things that they personally can’t control without my help. I’ve been wanting to help out with the school for a while now and I think that this is my opportunity to help out other kids that need an assistant. I know that I am fit for this position specifically because of my set of skills. My set of skills would be perfect for not only this position but, also a kind, school environment like this. I am not only am good with children but, also I consider myself to be quite capable when it comes to working in unexpected situations.
