How often do you log onto the server?: Usually, I log on every day. Sometimes it can be delayed on School Days because of, well, school. But I usually spend about 3-4 hours a day on the server but sometimes more if I’m not busy with other things. On the weekends, I usually spend maybe an hour or two more on weekends.

Do you have a microphone?: I do have a microphone, it’s not the best quality as it is a laptop default microphone.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I have been banned twice in my time being the server.

I want you to keep in mind the cosmetic abuse was when I had just gotten the Rich-Kid role. I was new and wasn’t quite sure if what I was doing was allowed or not. I did it without thinking it through very well and unfortunately banned by Ducks. With the spamming entities, I was very new to the server. It was one of those times where you’d get books, write a party invitation on them, and run around passing them out. And that was exactly what I was doing. I had taken a bunch of books and copied them then proceeding to pass them out. I got banned for spamming entities because I had about 8 stacks just running around and throwing them.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, I can. Partially because I have no social life whatsoever.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I do recognize that.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: School Mentor is my chosen role for this application. A School Mentor is someone to helps children and students with learning problems due to social, mental, or behavioral issues or anything in that general category. They help them then overcome these issues to persevere in school and to have a better learning experience overall.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Unfortunately, I don’t have much experience as in roles of roleplay. The only two different roles I have gotten on SchoolRP were cheerleader and Grade-7 through Grade-12. In my play time of about a year, I guess I never really considered applying for any sort of role. The only reason I got Cheerleader was that I was “friends” with someone who was good friends with the cheerleading captain at the time and received the role because of it. Unfortunately, the role wasn’t removed when myself and another friend of mine were kicked off the team for inactivity. So, since then I’ve still had the role not making much of an effort when requesting for it to be taken away. That is why I’m applying for this job, so I can experience role-playing as an adult for the first time to enhance my role-play skills and learn more.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I’ve been a long time roleplayer, at first when I didn’t really know what roleplay was I used to do Minecraft sort of stories as what I called them with my friends. We would get together and install mods on a server, create a set, and just make a story as we please. We did have a YouTube series at one point but then we stopped doing it. Looking back at it now, it pretty cringey. But it’s a start. Later on, I got invested in a roleplay server called “Elysium” I used to go on it every day with another friend of mine. We would stay up all night role-playing to our heart's content. About a few months later we found SchoolRP from a friend of ours and start playing it more and playing the medieval server less. About a year later, it brings us to know where I apply for the role “School Mentor” in search for a new type of roleplay.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: I am indeed familiar with what the job I’ve chosen does. A School Mentor works as hard as he/she can to improve the chosen students life and general experience as a student at the school they work at.
[Situations]
During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: First, I would tell the student to calm down and stop cussing, and then I would take them to my office and or a classroom, do a small diagnose on them to figure out what is wrong, and then try and calm them down to the best of my ability. I would then proceed to give them the proper punishment for their chosen actions in that situation; taking them to a teacher and request the proper punishment for the situation.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: My reaction to his/her request would be depending on the level of danger this request would put me in. If it was too much for me I would kindly decline and recommend the proper professional(s) for the job. If it was not that bad, then I’d most likely happily agree and following through with the job as requested.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: If another school employee decides to go down the wrong path and do dangerous behavior or start acting out of order, I would step in calmly, telling them that this behavior is not okay for a school setting and that they should cease this behavior at once; if they continue to do this behavior even after my attempts to get them to stop, I would report them to a higher up at once, or get the proper authorities involved to calm the individual down.

Motivation for Joining YHS: My motivation was my older sister is also applying for YHS. Due to this, I’ve chosen to apply. Not just that though, also because I like the thought of helping other students with their difficulty in their lives. I’ve always been good at helping others, or so I’ve been told. I enjoy doing things for others to improve their lifestyle and education. For a while, I was a Private Tutor in many different Colombian high schools and had to do things like this daily.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I feel like I should be accepted over the other applicants because I have much experience in this type of job and I feel like I could do better than most individuals who apply; not trying to be ****y, it’s just the amount of experience I have in general on this topic. My sister has had multiple issues growing up and I’ve helped her often, which has also improved my ability in this job. I hope you consider my application and I will happily work at your school.
