How often do you log onto the server?: I log in quite often because I play Minecraft a lot, enjoy roleplay, and.. I don't really play on many other servers so I find myself here a lot!

Do you have a microphone? Yes, but I usually prefer to stay muted in voice chats unless I'm asked to speak. (I have a pretty high voice).
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: No, not that I know of.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, of course!
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: School mentors help kids when they're struggling to keep up in school. It's usually mentally disabled students, such as ones with autism, ADHD, and other disorders and disabilities. They encourage them to try their best and help push them in the right direction.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Not on this server, but I have definitely roleplayed this position before. When other characters struggled with basic work, my character wasn't annoyed and instead pushed them along the right path so they can learn.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been roleplaying for YEARS and am extremely picky when it comes to saying if a role is good or bad. Typically, I try and give my characters
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: I know that school mentors try and help mentally challenged or younger students when they're struggling to keep up with their peers. They encourage their pupils and are talented in educating skills.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: She, like I've said before, wouldn't show that she was hurt by the student's actions. Instead, she would just smile and tell them that they don't really think that. She knows that people can suddenly feel angry--like herself--and yell empty words that they don't actually mean. She would then sit them down in a chair and maybe give them a stress ball to help calm them down.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: Because she wants to redeem her reputation, she would know that declining, objecting, or defying the principal wouldn't really help that. If the job was difficult or dangerous, she would pretend like it was nothing and do whatever it took to complete the job to restore her image.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: She probably wouldn't tell someone immediately in case she was overreacting or just imagining things. After trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and seeing no way that it could possibly be that, she would tell the nearest employee or staff about it and ask them to keep an eye on the employee.

Motivation for Joining YHS: She sees that this is the best way to help others in need. She also saw that there's a lack of school mentors and wanted to fill that space.
Age: 26
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Unlike others, she puts others' needs over her own and is very selfless with her actions. She always tries to make others happy and she'll build a deeper connection with her pupils.
EDIT: I was unaware that the school mentor position was already taken, but I will keep this application open in case another is needed. Thank you for your cooperation and clearly explaining this to me instead of leaving me in the dark for weeks!
