Is Journalism Dying?

Keio, Are You Still With Us?
Keio, Are You Still With Us?
I miss him already, I’m currently sunken into the old red couch wondering, when was the last time I’ve seen him? Ever since Brandy Millwell’s report on Keio’s demise, I’ve always wondered who would take over as club leader. I heard rumors about his existence, his apartment keys ended up in my pocket somehow, right? But only his room mates enter the place, never him.
The End is Near
The End is Near
End of Occult Club?
End of Occult Club?
Have you been keeping up with the lore? The occult club is done, it’s OVER. It went out with a bang, it was glorious. Ghosts and spirits and mysterious instances lead to the ultimate crash of the club. What a way to go!
Now Journalism?
Now Journalism?
The leader died out, and nothing is happening anymore. No one ever cared about Keio, as no one talks about his death. I know a thing or two about death, and once someone dies, it’s over. Everything Keio created is gone, Journalism club, like a weighted blanket being held up by a single deformed twig. Snapped and flung away, not a single head would turn. Unlike the cool Occult club, Journalism just fizzled out. It’s honestly sad. But now I’m here, trying to do something about it.
Why Do I Care?
Why Do I Care?
Living out my brother’s legacy, of course. Everyone forgot about him, so why not spread the word of Keio’s amazingly mediocre life? Funerals are expensive, so that’s out of the question. However, I do have some great ideas to spread the word of our leader.
REST IN PEACE, KEIO. FORGOTTEN IN THE DUST.
REST IN PEACE, KEIO. FORGOTTEN IN THE DUST.
- SPREAD THE WORD - Talk to everyone you see, tell them how much you miss Keio. Even if you forgot who he even is. Just say it, say you loved him and start weeping. Go to the counselors office and sob, talk about him, make up random stories. Tell caretakers how he would slip on wet puddles because he didn’t know how to read the sign. Tell receptionists how Keio used to greet them at the door a lot better than they do, since they’re always staring into the void and doing nothing until you come up to them and tap the counter. Bring tutors some math problems with Keio’s name plastered all over it, tell tutors how many papayas and bananas Keio would buy from the store.
- MAKE THINGS UP - No one remembers who Keio even is. No one has stories due to the fact that dead people tend to be forgotten. MAKE SOME UP, every time someone complains, 1-up them with a story about Keio.
- Poor Keio. He had it worse; always forgotten.
Do NOT let his legacy die out
Do NOT let his legacy die out
Keio is just like the rest of us. He only wanted to have fun. Don’t let the word die out like he did. Keio will be missed..but will Journalism club be? Join journalism, don’t let the light die out.
