Good morning evening or goodnight Karakura! Today ill be looking at a less trivial issue with our school, that being the many unique and ever-changing outfits and clothing students tend to wear on a regular day! That being said, I went around and interviewed a few students asking to describe their outfit, seeing if they chose it for the weather or for fashion, and a photo of that person (If they are alright with that of course)! The interviews
#1
Name: [This person wished to not state their name.]
Type of outfit: "I'm wearing a white baby doll dress, with a soft pink long sleeve crop top, and a pink heart beret to match! And a red ribbon, with a pearl in the middle-
And these baggy socks, with a red stripe at the tip, and Mary Janes. As well as a pink bag, from Yona Yona!"
Weather or Fashion: "I personally do my best to ignore the weather, with varying results. I mainly just slide on some skin colored tights underneath, unless its winter. in which case, I wear my pink pea coat!"

#2
Name: Tae-Joon Rikitake
Type of outfit: "Well, on the surface it just looks like a normal vest, layered over a thin, long-sleeved shirt, paired with a pair of ripped and baggy jeans, a common outfit yea?" [A brief pause] "Though, if i wanted to be more descriptive, I could tell you that hand-stitched onto the jeans are two handmade heart patches, along with a Hello Kitty patch near the bottom, all three being personally hand-stitched to the denim of the jeans. Of course, any good outfit has to have accessories, which is why i paired the chain around my neck, the other hanging from my belt. .kind of over the ribbon I tied."
Weather or Fashion: "Mine is DEFINITELY to fit my fashion sense 'cause I know this ain't gonna survive the rain that happens every other hour."

#3
Name: Winona Crowley-Izuki
Type of outfit: "Mmm, I just kinda have patterns, neutral colors and tones. I accessorize the outfit. Gotta style the outfit, not wear it. But, most clothes I get are from thrifting or making them. Gotta be crafty!.
Weather or Fashion: "Yeah, gotta serve. I don't care if its snowing or not."

Name: Inosuke Saeku
Type of outfit: “Well, I’ve got myself a black leather jacket, with some faux fur, while wearing a cute deep red crop top that I think goes well with it.” [brief pause] “I’m also wearing a pair of thrifted jeans I made myself a while back. Paired em’ with a silver belt and layered a white piece underneath em’ for a cheeky look. I’ve also got a lil’ star at the back of my jacket, and a pair of my favorite earrings, the KPOP ones!”
Weather or fashion: "Occasionally, I’d say It could sometimes affect my clothing choices.”

Conclusion!
"I'd like to note that while writing this it snowed on and off for about 10 minutes and rained for 5 minutes on two separate occasions. For the most part, Alot of students tend to worry more about fashion then the overall weather of the city, and who's to say that there are any trends to follow whatsoever. predominantly, a good portion of people interviewed stated they had tailored their own outfits themselves and if that doesn't make Karakura a more unique then I'm not sure what does! Thank you for tuning into this report, I'm Nobou Nakahara, and till next time!
