Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server varies depending on my school schedule and other commitments. When I have some free time in the evenings or on weekends, I love to log onto SRP and spend time with my character and the community. On average, I would say I play around 7 hours a day, but it really depends on my schedule. Sometimes I might not be able to play for a few days if I have a lot of schoolwork or other responsibilities, but I always try to make time for SRP because I really enjoy it.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
03/18/2023 1 Day for raiding the KPD during a server glitch.
03/25/2023 Ban for inappropriate IGN (Stalinfanboy1878)
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes, but that won't be the case as If I wont be able to be active for a long period of time, I’d leave the faction so that someone else could experience being a Nurse.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Nurse
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A nurse is a healthcare professional who provides medical care and support to patients. They are trained in various medical procedures and are equipped to handle different medical situations, such as nosebleeds, cuts, bruises, broken bones, and more.
One of the primary responsibilities of a nurse is to ensure the safety and well-being of their patients, including students. If a student requires emergency medical attention, such as in the case of a broken bone, the nurse will call for emergency medical services to provide additional assistance.
In addition to addressing medical concerns, nurses are also responsible for identifying and addressing potential health risks among students. For instance, they may conduct routine checks to detect signs of substance abuse or alcohol consumption. If a student is found to be under the influence of alcohol, the nurse may monitor their condition until they are deemed safe to return to their regular activities.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been involved in roleplaying for quite some time now and have enjoyed it immensely. I discovered SRP in August 2022 and was immediately drawn to it. As I progressed through the ranks and reached grade 10, I began exploring different types of roleplaying, including GangRP. During my time in GangRP, I had the opportunity to learn new skills, such as CombatRP, P2L, and DetailRP, as well as gain a deeper understanding of how the server operates. However, after more than 10 months in GangRP, I feel ready to branch out and try something new to expand my character's story and my own knowledge of the server. Overall, I believe my experience in roleplaying will be an asset in any role I take on.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
It really fits my character’s lore, and I also would like to explore all the different factions in SRP. I’d like to feel how the School Faculty roleplay with each other and with other students. It would be such an amazing experience for both me and my char.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
If a student were to curse at Koji for being pathetic during a work-shift, he would initially feel a surge of anger and frustration. However, he understands the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor as a school employee, and he would make an effort to control his emotions. Koji would first attempt to defuse the situation by calmly addressing the student and asking them to refrain from using offensive language. He would remind them of the school's policies on respectful behavior and explain the consequences of violating those policies.
If the student continued to be disrespectful or confrontational, Koji would take appropriate disciplinary action, such as giving them detention or referring the matter to a higher authority. Regardless of the outcome, he would document the incident and use it as an opportunity to reflect on his own communication skills and how he can better handle similar situations in the future.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Upon witnessing the physical altercation between the two students, Koji's initial reaction is one of disappointment. He recognizes that violence is never an appropriate way to resolve conflicts and that the students' behavior is not only harmful to themselves but also to the school community as a whole.
Koji quickly assesses the situation and makes a mental note of any potential injuries that the students may have sustained during the fight. He then approaches the students in a calm and assertive manner, making sure to keep a safe distance to avoid getting caught up in the fight himself.
He firmly but politely intervenes and tries to separate the two students. He asks each of them to calm down and encourages them to step away from each other. He then attempts to de-escalate the situation by asking questions and trying to understand the root cause of the altercation.
Koji takes note of any witnesses to the fight and asks them to provide a statement of what they saw. He also ensures that the students involved are aware of the school's policies regarding violence and that they will be held accountable for their actions.
After the situation has been resolved and the students have been separated, Koji follows up with the school administration to report the incident and ensure that appropriate disciplinary action is taken.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Koji's first reaction would be to assess the situation and determine the level of danger involved. If the situation is truly dangerous and could cause harm to the employee or others, he would immediately take action to address it.
Depending on the severity of the situation, Koji may choose to confront the employee directly and try to convince them to stop their dangerous behavior. If the situation is urgent, he would likely alert a supervisor or call for emergency assistance to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
However, if the situation is less severe, Koji may choose to approach the employee in a more tactful manner and try to understand the reasons behind their behavior. He may offer support and guidance to help the employee find a safer and more appropriate way to express themselves or deal with their problems.
Regardless of the approach, Koji would prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone involved and take appropriate action to address the situation.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me carefully lifted the unconscious individual's head, cradling it gently in his arms before laying them down on the cold pillow. Sprinting to the freezer, he flung the door open and hastily grabbed an ice pack, before rushing back to the individual's side. He gingerly placed the ice pack on their forehead, making sure it was secure and comfortable. Koji's eyes then shifted to the individual's bruises, carefully inspecting each one. He began to apply multiple bandages, taking care not to cause any additional pain. Finally, he settled down next to the individual, patiently waiting for them to regain consciousness, monitoring their breathing and pulse throughout.
/me meticulously examined the male's broken finger, taking note of any potential deformities, swelling, or discoloration. He retrieved a splint and carefully aligned it with the finger, making sure it was immobilized correctly. He then began to wrap a bandage around the finger, ensuring that it was secure and comfortable. Afterward, he administered pain relief medication to the male, giving clear instructions on how to keep the splint dry and elevated to prevent further damage.
/me let out a heavy sigh as he took in the individual's condition, visibly disturbed by the fact that they had been knocked out by another student. He sat patiently beside the unconscious student, waiting for them to wake up. When they finally did, Koji gently asked the male a series of questions, trying to assess the extent of their injuries. "How do you feel? Do you feel any pain? Who did this to you?" he inquired with a calm but slightly infuriated voice. After the student had answered all of his questions, Koji allowed them to rest a bit longer before allowing them to leave, making sure they were well enough to do so.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
As a social person, Koji is likely to engage in conversation with his colleagues during break time in the employee break room. He might be interested in learning more about their lives and experiences, and may even share some of his own stories and experiences as well.
Koji may also be someone who enjoys sharing a laugh or a joke with his colleagues, helping to lighten the mood and build positive relationships with those around him. He might take the opportunity to build connections with his co-workers, and seek out opportunities to collaborate with them on projects or initiatives within the workplace.
Overall, Koji's social nature could make him a valuable asset to the team, as he is able to build strong relationships with his colleagues and work collaboratively towards shared goals.

Backstory:
My name is Kōji Tattachi-Hayashi, and I was born and raised in a small town in Scotland. Growing up, I always felt like I didn't quite fit in with the others in my town. I was a curious and adventurous person, always drawn to different cultures and customs, and longed to explore the world beyond my small corner of Scotland. As soon as I graduated from high school, I knew that I wanted to leave and experience something new, something different.
After doing some research and contemplating my options, I made the bold decision to move to Japan. It was a drastic move, but I was determined to make it work. Upon my arrival, I was fortunate enough to be taken in by the Hayashi family, who welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like I was part of their family. Although I was excited about my new life in Japan, it wasn't all smooth sailing. I encountered many challenges, from the language barrier to the stark cultural differences.
But with time, I found my footing and began to thrive in my new home. I was fascinated by Japanese culture, and I made a conscious effort to learn the language and immerse myself in the customs of my adopted country. I soon became fluent in Japanese and even adopted a Japanese surname as a sign of my integration into the culture.
However, my excitement was short-lived, as I fell into the wrong crowd and became involved in a gang. It was a terrible mistake, one that I regret to this day. I got arrested for my involvement in the gang's activities and spent some time in jail. It was a wake-up call for me, a chance to reflect on my actions and the path that I was on. I realized that I needed to turn my life around and make something of myself.
It was then that I decided to pursue a career in nursing. I was inspired by the thought of helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. I knew it would be a challenging journey, but I was determined to see it through. I enrolled in a nursing program and worked hard, studying tirelessly to earn my degree and become a licensed nurse. It was a long and grueling process, but I was committed to achieving my goals.
Since then, I have devoted myself to the nursing profession, working in various healthcare facilities and always striving to provide the best care possible to my patients. It's a fulfilling job, and I feel like I am making a real impact on people's lives. My experiences have taught me the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
In conclusion, my journey to becoming a nurse has been a long and winding road, but I am proud of where I am today. I am grateful for the experiences that I have had and the lessons that I have learned along the way. And I am excited for what the future holds, especially as I embark on this new chapter at Karakura High School. I know that there will be challenges, but I am ready to face them head-on and continue to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
In addition to my passion for nursing, I have a strong work ethic and a dedication to providing the best possible care for my patients. I believe that empathy and compassion are crucial components of nursing care, and I strive to always treat my patients with kindness and respect.
Throughout my nursing education and training, I have gained valuable experience in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. I have worked with a diverse range of patients, including children, adults, and seniors, and I have gained experience in many different areas of nursing, including acute care, mental health, and community health.
I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to Karakura High School, where I believe I can make a real difference in the lives of students. As a school nurse, I would be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral to other healthcare providers as needed. I would also be responsible for developing and implementing health promotion programs and policies that support the health and well-being of students.
I am committed to working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, educators, and parents to ensure that the needs of all students are met. I believe that communication and teamwork are key components of providing high-quality healthcare services in a school setting, and I am confident that I can contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment for all students at Karakura High School.
In conclusion, I am confident that my passion for nursing, dedication to patient care, and experience in various healthcare settings make me a strong candidate for the role of school nurse at Karakura High School. I am excited about the opportunity to work with students, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote health and well-being in the school community.

This drive has been a constant in my life, even during the difficult times when I found myself involved in a gang. My arrest and subsequent reflection on my actions made me realize that I wanted to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful difference in people's lives. This experience has given me a unique perspective on the consequences of poor decision-making, and I have used this knowledge to drive me towards becoming a better nurse and person.
My dedication to providing the best possible care for my patients is unwavering. I have worked tirelessly to gain the necessary education and experience to become a licensed nurse. Throughout my career, I have always strived to stay up-to-date on the latest medical practices and treatments.
