WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: A WARNING POINT SYSTEM! The warning point system is for faculty to use to easily give warnings out to college or high school students. After getting a certain amount of warnings, it will be alerted to an SLT member and they can look further. There is 3 severity of warnings, 1 is the least severe, and 3 is the worst. With the new record system, warnings can be shown. It will have the 3 types of warnings and show how many the student has!

Here are all 3 warnings in detail:
Severity 1: This is the least severe warning out of them all. This warning will last 1 OOCly day and be removed after that time. If a student ends up getting 3 severity 1 warnings in 1 OOCly day, it turns into severity 2 warnings. Some things you can give a severity 1 to could be warning a student to stop. (Any verbal warning you give, you also give a severity 1 warning)

Severity 2: This is a moderate warning. It might be added if a student breaks a rule or they get 3 severity 1 warnings. This warning lasts for 2 OOCly weeks. After getting 3 severity 2 warnings, it can turn into a severity 3 warning. A severity 2 warning could also be given out if they had detention (Depending on the reason). Another reason this warning could be given out is not doing classwork.

Severity 3: This is the worst warning you can get. This will stay on your record and will not be removed unless you can show that you have matured enough to get it removed. After getting 3 of these warnings, the student can be removed from a sports team (if they are in one), removed from college, or suspended. A severity 3 warning always warrants detention (This can also benefit when a person gets detention but they cannot attend it due to OOCly reasons like having to go to bed, they will still get punished). Another example can be someone not attending class.

Along with this, if a student has detention 3 times in a month, punishments will occur.
How would you give a warning?
If a student needs to be given a warning, a command like /warning (If it interferes with the staff warning, it could be like /swarning for school warning) and you would mark the student IGN, severity, and reason.

Example:
/warning Bob123 3 Fighting with students.

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
This will benefit school faculty a LOT! As I said, there isn't really a good system to give warnings out. Sometimes, students, do this that doesn't warrant detention but still what they did was not right. Also, students (especially college students) act like children a LOT, and tons of warnings are given out to them but the warnings really don't do anything because it just you saying "Stop doing that or you will get detention" but having marks on their report, might do something.

If you need to issue warnings to students breaking school rules, you can just do a verbal warning asking them to stop whatever they are doing. However, if they refused to listen you can threaten detention only IF the 3 verbal warnings criteria has been met. If they continued to nos listen to you (aka not FearRPing), just get staff and they'll deal with it.

Yes, I know that, but sometimes they might stop and continue for someone else. The person may not know they already received a verbal warning and won't really receive a second warning but instead, another first warning (If that makes sense?)

The detention command is a much easier way of gauging bad behaviour in students
