The event team of the RPH staff are looking for your event ideas! Recently, we have been striving to involve the players more in hosting their own events and getting a hands-on experience with the team. If you have an event that you or your group of friends would be interested in hoping, please fill out the form below appropriately. All suggestions are discussed at following event team meetings where they will then be considered for future needs; understand, though, that not all events are accepted.

When suggesting an event through the Google Form, please make sure that it is suitable for the SchoolRP server in content and without the involvement of topics that could potentially be offensive. At the moment, we ask that you avoid suggesting anything involving destruction, disease, or death on a major scale. This is a community we want all members to feel safe in regardless of frequent mature themes being presented on the server.

We are looking for:

• Flash events (usually one /event, on the player's own schedule).
• Mini events (usually 1-3 /events, small area dedicated to the event, at a specific time).
• Major events (usually 3-5 /events, large area dedicated to the event, at a specific time).

Following this, here are some in-depth explanations of each kind of event:

1. Flash Events
At the event team, we encourage the members to create characters specific for events. As an example, we have had fortune teller characters who tell one's future through tarot cards or even street performers who involve their crowd by sing-a-longs and dances. The person on the team is allowed to work on their own schedule for the events, and they usually last from 10-40 minutes.

2. Mini Events
Likely noticeable with the amount of clubs at Karakura High School and Community College, there are many mini events hosted at booths alongside the gymnasium, plant nursery, rooftop, or even the front gates. These events involve small groups of people to do a specific task involving other players with an area dedicated to them. A specific time is set and announced for these mini events, which usually last around 30 minutes to an hour.

3. Major Events
Did you by any chance attend the stunning Shogatsu New Years Festival at the Karakura Monastery? How about dancing the night away at the Victorian Ball which took place in the school's gymnasium? Biweekly, the event team plans on hosting major events alike to those ones with large areas dedicated to them and many players involved. These events usually last 1-2 hours and even have 200+ attendees; however, we're looking for major events that aren't repetitive! You can only have so many festivals and school dances. . .
