What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I always have a positive attitude and and create a happy environment, I would like to see what I can do as a teacher in the fact of shaping the future of Karakura, Teachers are a highly looked up to role and I would love to play and create a new type of RP.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I RP daily on SRP I have RP'ed as a College student and A shop owner Now I truly want to see what it is like to be a teacher on the SRP Server shaping the next generation of Karakura.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes, I have read the Faculty Handbook and I understand all of the rules set for me as a Faculty Member
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The Importance of logging classroom activity may as be as important as logging your sales for a shop owner. It allows your HD and The Principal to know how active you are.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: You would need to fill out a field trip application and make sure you know what the rules and regulations are for field trips. You must have the trip planned out before you can leave
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No talking or leaving class without the permission from the teacher.
2. Please raise your hand if you have a question/answer and be patient.
3. No food or drink in class.
4. No verbal or physical violence permitted.
5. No phones out during class unless allowed.
6. Show respect for the teacher(s) and classmates, also a Teaching Assistant

- HD: Head of Department; Responsible for the Curriculum and department budgets.Will be holding meeting at least once each month
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher In Learning and Skills; This teacher is able to host a class without needed help from an HD
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher; This teacher will need permisson from the HD to host a class and will us OOC Documents to help guide their way

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general;
Teachers are meant to teach the students what they are required to learn to be successful in life, The teachers help create the future of Karakura. I know the salary of a teacher is 250K ¥ per month. Mainly in their spare time they are creating lesson plans, homework and quizzes for the students to use in class.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to the SchoolRP server because they help shape the future for the town of Karakura, It also makes the SchoolRP server a SchoolRP It allows for different types of actions and such to help lead onward and create better RP experience. They are also important because they are role models. Most people look up to teachers and try to follow their set example.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The Lesson Planning system work on MoSCo: Must have/ could have/ should have.

He is a man with Black hair and gray eyes normally seen with a black jacket on. He will be unique in the fact of his attitude, even if annoyed he will always keep a positive work attitude and never get 'Mad' at a student. He will be a laid back teacher. He sees each and ever student as a possibility for success even if there is a problem with their mind or how they learn. He will make sure to keep his work life separate from his personal life not allowing for his mind to be taken off of the goal of teaching his students. He see's each teacher as another learning resource not even teachers know everything so he will be using any chance as an opportunity to learn more. He is a laid back man not worried about how people look, when a student causes problems he looks to follow the rules. He is not a rule breaker or a gang man. He plans to start teaching in high school soon working his way up to a college teacher continuing to teach science.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would ask them for their names, Then proceed to tell them to stop using foul language and to report back to class. I would then hand in their names to a higher up to allow for them to be taken care of.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would do something to get the attention of the students such as raise my voice or clap my hands. I would then proceed to tell them why they should listen and how important their education is and how it will impact their future. If they then proceed to not listen I would resort to kicking them out of the class
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
In the teachers lounge his attitude wont change. He will continue to use this time as a planning hour or maybe a time to converse with the HD or other teachers about plans.

Backstory
Atsoki Akiyama is a man born and raised in Karakura. He has only left Karakura once on a vacation to America. When he was young he lived a great life. He never really had any troubles with bullies until he had hit college. In college, people made fun of him for taking a degree's in Science and Language Arts. Atsoki has always been laid back due to the fact that his parents never really cared what he did. Atsoki was just a good kid and had always loved learning about plants and anything about space. It has always interested him and he studied it in his free time as a child. Atsoki has always believed he was perfect for the position was just waiting until he was older to ensure he was ready. He has always studied science and majored in it in college. He always looked up to all of the teachers as a child wanted to be one someday. The teachers are set a prime example to him and how his life has played out. Due to his amount of time as a child learning about how the teaching system works and how to become one he has always known the rules. He is always attempting to create a strong bond with the people around him. Atsoki is a laid-back man always following the rules set behind him. No matter what he is always ready for the worst to happen. He has a very strong way of thinking and is a very rational person. He has never had any gang involvement and never plans on it. Atsoki never believed he would get himself to this point yet here he is attempting to apply to teach the high school students planetary science. Science has always intrigued Atsoki and will make him a stronger man in the longer run.
