Describe your activity on the server: When I first joined I didn’t go on a lot but recently ive been going on alot. On weekdays afterschool 3pm – 5 pm EST and about 7pm – 10pm EST if my dad isn’t using h computer. On weekends I have all day because I don’t have school.

What is your motivation for applying?: I’ve sometimes dreamed what it would be like if I was a teacher, I love how teachers teach students prepare them with lessons and assignments but also being a role model and sometimes an advice giver.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?: I would of course ask the principle first, and if he said no then ill plan another assignment, If yes, then I have the student’s parents or guardian sign a form and have them bring the paper to me the next day. I would prepare a topic based around the where were going and have them do a worksheet on that topic.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
-No talking when the teacher or someone else is talking (Show Respect).
-Always have the right supplies.
-Raise your hand before speaking
-and lastly BE POSITIVE and spread your positivity with your classmates

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? : Having more teachers online, while I’m on its always the same teacher(s) that are online I understand that you can’t always be on but, there needs to be more subjects taught other than Reading and Sociology (I’ve been to reading class about 4-5 times in the past week).
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. : Teachers from what I understand are basically adults on the server who teach the students lessons about their subject but also being role models and advice givers when you need them. A Teacher’s salary is 250,000 yen. The way teachers teach is always different but diversity is good not all teachers have to be mean or nice. Teachers from what I’ve seen do on their spare time they just hang around, play soccer, work on assignments for next time they teach etc.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: Teachers are important to this server because you wouldn’t have a school roleplay server without teachers, But teachers could be also considered as moderators they can watch over and report things they see to higher up staff to help the server not be awful and ruined by the people who spread negativity.

Trainees – Basically Teachers in training but not allowed to teach, They can only take notes and observe HD’s and learn from them
NQT - Able to start teaching, but cannot start classes whenever they please, must ask a higher up for permission. They also cannot allow trainees to view their classes.
QTLS - Able to let trainees watch their classes but not teach or train them. They are also able to teach whenever they please but should still discuss with other teachers what they plan to do during class.
HD - Able to control all of teachers and are able to train trainees. Are the leader of the teacher group. They also organize lesson plans for fellow teacher peers.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: First, you have to slowly introduce the lesson to the class so they understand, and then assign class activities about it like group projects, then plan an ending to the lesson timeline by finishing it off with a possible exam, quiz, etc.

He’s quite tall being about 5’11, He has kinda brown hair curly hair, He is actually really young looking for a 29 year old he looks about 19. Something that makes him unique is his beautiful Hazel eyes. He plans to spread Positivity though his students even if they’re having a bad time he’s always there to help any students that has any problems academically or personal. Even though h quite shy he always tries to interact with the other teachers. Hes nice, positive, creative, outgoing, kinda awkward, and Energetic. After teaching he plans to be an astronaut but that might not happen.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
-1st offence: Kindly ask them to stop or there will be consequences.
-2nd offence: Seriously tell them to stop or I will get the principle.

BACKSTORY
When he was only four his father died in a space craft. Since his father died he promised himself that he would do something in Astronomy or Science. His mother always helped him achieve his dream while taking care of his little twin brothers, Isaiah and Joseph. At about 5th grade he got his first report card that had straight A’s, from there on he tried to always get Straight A’s on his reportcard until his senior year.. He found out his little Brother Joseph had a terrible car crash while he was learning has to drive. This really affected him so during his senior year so his grades weren’t as good as they should be, they were so bad that he barely made it into college. The school figured out why his grades were so low his last year and gave him a chance which then he got accepted into college. He got his grades up during college and had some hobbies here and here and there but the hobbies h loved the most were Creative Writing and Photography. He loved how creative he could be while doing these hobbies. What lead him to start teaching is he has always and to teach someone in something so he decided to make his father proud and teach science in a highschool, In college that is what he focused on teaching science that was his biggest goal he wouldn’t stop until he was able to teach but he wanted to do it in another country so he moved to japan when he was 27 where he applied to be a teacher for the 2 years he studied on the Japanese language and culture to fully understand where he’ll be living for about 20 years.
