A relationship that started off as a shaky fling would seemed to have evolved into something a bit more.
With no hesitation and completely out of the blue, Seiren decided to ask Mist on a date, something he swore he'd never do.
While this seems random, Seiren is entirely sure that Mist is the person he wants to call his own.
While it is only just beginning, Seiren is looking for this relationship to stay.

Backstory:

Seiren J. Reuben would have been born on November 4th at Saiseikai Hospital in Tokyo, Japan. Born to Mitzuki Reuben and and Jintarou Reuben, Seiren would have been a hard pregnancy for his mother, one that ultimately cost her life. After wifes death, Jintarou fell into a state of depression, one that lead to alcoholism. Jintarou owned a martial arts shop in Tokyo where he fell under much scrutiny for teaching Chinese martial arts, something that was greatly debated as a whole.

As Seiren grew, he was abused physically and emotionally, often being beaten for no apparent reason by his father in drunken fits. Once Ren grew to roughly around the age of 5, his father would begin to teach him the Chinese martial art known as Wing-Chun. Ren was exposed to much in his childhood, his father forcing him into street fighting where bets were placed on Ren or the dogs that he fought.

Ren grew up in this environment until the age of 12, where one night when his father became too drunk, Ren was sent over the edge and took advantage of his father's drunk nature, using the Wing-Chun to fight his father and beat him until his father went limp. Ren went red with rage, completely blacking out and would have beat his father until blood would have covered the floor.After beating his father, he searched his father's room, eventually finding a safe. He tried a variety of different passcodes to the safe, the code being his mothers birthday and inside of it being the money earned from all of Seiren's fights.
He stole the money that his father had earned from the street fights and left his father for dead, running off and living on the streets until he found his way to Karakura.

When Seiren finally found himself in Karakura, a local gang known as Sutoka would have picked him up, training him in their ways and methods. One day he would have been looking at local newspaper where he found an article stating that his father passed away after being put in a coma by unknown assailants. Seiren did not shed a single tear for his father, moving on as if nothing had happened. He'd instead develop a cold nature, hardening due to the experiences of his childhood. Seiren now lives in Karakura, making decisions for himself this time, and not for the oppressors he used to have.​
