I say I am a fairly active individual on the server once again. I usually work from 6 PM - 11 PM, but I am on for a few hours before and after those times each day. On Fridays and Saturdays, I usually have those days off, so I tend to be at home a majority of the time if I don’t have plans made prior, though I still tend to be on the server for a few hours just to spend a bit of time.

SHOP INFORMATION
What shop are you applying for?: Kiku Dokyo | RENAME - KAO (顔)
Emry’s went with the name KAO because it stands for FACE. Someone’s face is the image they display to the world; their face is what makes them an individual amongst the many others that were born into this world, so why not show it off in YOUR way? It's an embodiment of what he believes is true and a rule that he tries to live by in life to avoid being kept in a box by society.
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
I wish to become a shopkeeper because it has been one of the many roles that I have tried to explore whilst being a part of the SchoolRP community. I have spent numerous years as part of the server before detaching myself for some time, only to return for a fresh start and a brand-new experience from what I have experienced in the past. The shopkeeper role is one that I have yet to explore, but I desire to have an opportunity to provide a somewhat unique and fun spin on a shop and a new character that I and possibly other individuals a part of SchoolRP would like to see around as well. An additional mention I’d like to point out is that there are also a lot of shops in the city that provide fairly similar feelings to them. I want to add something that can stand out and be a unique touch to the usual shops that are in the area of the city.
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
I am fully aware that there is a Piercing/Tattoo Parlor Shop that was already, but I found that it would be in my personal interest to see a space where I can bring people to a spot where they can find the accessories needed to customize their character to their hearts are contempt.
I plan to have my personal take on what a Japanese piercing/tattoo parlor would be if it were thrown into Karakura. Obviously, there is only so much that is capable of being done with this experience, though I would like to have an environment where players feel like they’re going to express their character in roleplay as if it were a real experience! From a setup of piercing rooms that are accessible for players to enter upon requesting a piercing, to an area where you’re capable of requesting tattoo appointments where people can submit a request for a tattoo and I or another associate personally will add that tattoo to their base, similar to a tailoring process though only for tattoos, a section which you are capable of having someone help you pick out various glasses that fit you and your style, and even a portion of the shop where someone can assist in gathering any jewelry options that might fit your style and complement your look! This store would be the epitome of what the modern-day kids of Karakura would look for, a place that can provide you with what you're looking for. Rather than focusing on a singular service, I want a shop that is centered around personal expression. My goal is for players to have a spot where they can browse and purchase a wide variety of accessories that’ll help define their characters individuality. Whether someone wants a new piercing, jewelry, glasses, or even some tattoos.

What will you sell in your shop?:
For this shop, its main purpose obviously has to do with self-identity and expression. I tend to sell a wide variety of objects that allow people to do so, especially because accessorising and ‘customizing your character’, as I would say, is a main thing for Emrys as a character.
These items vary from various piercings that I would have constantly in stock, as that would be the main attraction for the shop, even possibly getting customs made for the sake of new and more variety to be provided to the server. Plenty of earrings, but that also correlates with the piercings aspect. Many facial accessories, more so things such as glasses and things of the sort. Necklaces and bracelets to provide something for more of the jewelry aspect. Then, to give a little more for the people, probably some posters or other decor that I might be able to add to the shop, like a tattoo gun, piercing kit, etc.
How many employees do you plan to have?:
I will more than likely have around 15 - 20 employees just so every position can be covered at all times, this would range between.
MANAGERS - ( x2 )
The person who runs the store whilst the Store Owner is not available. They are the next runner-up, essentially like the second in charge when it comes to decisions made towards running the shop. They are also the person who is in charge of training NEW HIRES/APPRENTICES who come to work for the store.
PIERCERS - ( x4 )
The people who are in charge of piercing the clients who come in. They are tasked with a detailed RP that will be taught IRP on how to properly set up the tables, sterilize the workspace, prep the needles, prep the client, and then proceed through with piercing and cleaning once it is complete.
TATTOO ARTISTS - ( x4 )
Obviously, the individuals who are tasked with creating the artwork that is going to be going on the client's skin! These workers will more than likely be skin makers who are capable of doing tattoos and also wish to detail RP doing said Tattoos.
CONSULTANT - ( x2 )
These individuals are tasked with helping people who come in looking for a Tattoo. They are to gather the client in questions’ personal information, such as Discord and phone number, so they can get in contact with the person for their Tattoo appointment arrangement. They will keep this information logged and passed on to the owner or another Tattoo artist in which they are capable of completing said Tattoo for them, and even if desired, to be RP’d out in character of the process of getting said Tattoo.
SALES ASSOCIATES - ( x4 )
The associates who are in charge of assisting with the many other accessories and jewelry that KAO sells. They are the cashiers, essentially, who will manage any other purchases that do not consist of being a piercing or a set of earrings, as the Piercers will be the individuals who handle that work & transactions.
APPRENTICES - ( x3 )
Apprentices are piercers/tattoo artists in training. These are going to be people who will more than likely overshadow other workers/manager until they are given their rightful training and then eventually offered the promotion to the appropriate role.

APPEARANCE
Emrys Dagger stands at roughly 6'4, his height being a main attraction to his commanding presence without demanding attention. Years of disciplined care left him with a lean and well-kept physique. His complexion is a rich dark brown, inherited from generations of Congolese ancestry, contrasting sharply against the silver jewelry that he favors. His face is clean-cut with strong cheeks and a jawline that forms the rest of his face nicely. His eyes rarely show what he's thinking. Whether he's listening or speaking, his expression remains calm, making it difficult to tell whether he's amused or uninterested.
BACKGROUND
Living life as the Eldest of the Dagger Household led to some complications for Emrys. Similarly to others, he was left with high expectations from his father to continue running the family business of real estate and property management, but that wasn’t something that Emrys was sure he even wanted for himself. . ? After graduating high school in Paris, Emrys pursued a business degree, not because he necessarily wanted to, but because that was something his Father would always push for out of him, so whilst he spent his time in college, he continued down that route as it was what felt ‘natural’ to him. . . He graduated with his degree and continued until around the age of 24, when he knew that life like how he was living wasn’t going to cut it. . .
You see, for Emrys, he was big into the fashion scene, especially living in Paris, where practically all that he was surrounded by were people who looked different from one another in many ways that weren’t the average attire that everyone would tend to wear. Watching a bunch of old fashion runway shows made him understand what it meant to be unique and an individual, seeing all the fashion designers that tend to come through and put out pieces that stand out and have some sort of message behind them, that meant something to Emrys. Delving into this style some more, he managed to come across a lot of Japanese culture; that’s what really stuck with him. The art, their tradition, their style, everything in Japan was very diverse to Emrys, and the full encapsulation of these things, cultivated throughout the years in his head, led him to make a major shift in his life, causing him to move to Karakura, Japan, and pursue a dream of his and actually put that degree he earned to use.
Emrys shifted towards the alleyway of a Piercing / Tattoo Studio once he realized the knack he had in piercing himself and the infatuation he grew with being able to ‘bling out’ your face with metal. That was joyous to him, making him feel like he was able to boost his coolness points just by stabbing his face with a needle or two. As for Tattooing, art came naturally to Emrys. He was raised around it practically his whole life, as his mother was a painter, and his father was an avid collector of vintage art or other antiques. He specializes in fine-line work because he believes that it will complement the skin better and provide more meaning to your tattoos rather than a solid, flat-out piece.
