Her right ear would have the forward helix, tragus, and industrial piercings, her left ear would have just 3 piercings going up her ear. Backstory: Shayna was adopted at a very young age alongside her twin brother and grew up in Australia. She has no idea who her real parents are or where they are, but she doesn't mind that much anymore. Her adoptive mother is a well known surgeon who is the chief of surgery, and her father owns his own realty company. Shay had a fairly normal childhood, spending most of her time at the hospital waiting for her mother to be done with a surgery, or work in general. Her and her brother never strayed too far from each other, so Shay was never used to being alone. Around the age of 14, an unfortunate situation befell Shay and she was essentially taken to Japan. She was trapped in Japan for a few years before her brother finally found her at he age of 17. She had made a few close friends while she was in Japan, people who knew what she had went through with her time there. Her brother took her back home to Australia where she stayed until she got the opportunity to return to Japan and live with some of the friends she had met during her time there before. At first her family was completely against it, not wanting her to return to a place that she was taken to after being taken from them in the first place. After some long conversations, and serious convincing, they reluctantly agreed to let her go as long as she promised to call and check in and come home for frequent visits. Which is how she has ended up back in Karakura.
