Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are important as the whole premise of the server is set in a school! You can't do school roleplay without classes to go to every now and then. Teachers are also important as they give homework and education credits which allow you to graduate.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?:

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
It seems fun and is a possible job my character would consider and I need something to do aside from sitting around all day people watching when my friends aren't on. I would like to try and get more social!! It seems like a fun and different experience I would like to roleplay in. I also genuinely enjoy mythology and would like to share my knowledge on it and spread the love for it.

He sat down in the chair and gently folded his hands in his lap. "My name is Muichiro Makino, you may call me Mui if you'd like" the man spoke with a soft voice as he was a bit nervous, "It's a pleasure to meet you." He'd give a warm smile and bow his head.
What is your character's age?:
He gives a small curt nod, "I am Twenty-Six currently!" Mui hums with a soft smile.
What is your preferred subject to teach?:
"What subject?" he gently claps his hands together, "I'd love to teach English! as I'd be focusing on Mythology primarily!" he hums “It's my favourite subject, I'm very fond of all the different stories and I'd love to share that same fondness with the kids and teach them about the various different Kami and Yokai our world has to offer.
Describe your character:
Muichiro stands at 4'6" with a calming and sleepy disposition. He has very fair skin with a peachy undertone, his bangs frame his face in a way many could call cute. His black hair is always messy no matter how hard he tries to make it look neat, he compensates by braiding a small portion of his bangs to let it be known he did attempt to do his hair. Mui's eyes are reddish-brown with a purple tint, his expression almost always sleepy or seemingly in dreamland. Don't let his sleepy disposition fool you, as he can be quite attentive and focused. He has a kind heart and tries his best to be there when people need him, hoping to be viewed as a reliable figure.

Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Muichiro would approach in a soft welcoming manner and attempt to help the student. "What's got you confused?" he would ask in a gentle voice, and reassure the student. If they continue to be confused, Mui will attempt to word the topic differently, as just repeating the same thing doesn't always help. He will give the student one on one time if they need, being patient and understanding. Mui would stand near their desk and go over the days assignment to try to pin-point what exactly has the student stuck, is it how he said something/how the questions worded? is it that they're having a hard time wording their answer? something else? He'll try his best to guide the student to learn and understand rather than just giving them the answer right away.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Mui would remain calm as he approached the disruptive students, and politely ask them to knock it off. If they refuse or continue being disruptive, Mui's smile will falter and he'd separate the disruptive individuals with a warning that if they continue they will be removed from the classroom, and SLT may get involved or a detention served.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Idea 1: Mui would explain various different mythological creatures: What they are, the kinds of powers they have (if any), and their cultural significance. Students will be allowed to group up or work individually and create their own mythological creature like a Yokai or even a Kami, through an art piece or writing a mythos story. He will ask them to present in front of the class, or solely to him.
Idea 2: Mui will begin the class by teaching about the different kinds of mythology that exist around the world. The students will then group up and choose a Mythology type (Greek, Japanese, Roman, Korean, etc.) and create puzzles and a map for an escape room based on their Mythos, they may choose to encompass multiple mythos in their genre or focus on a specific myth. Once finished, they will be asked to present their idea.
Idea 3: With permission from the Shrine, they could take a trip up there with a lesson about the Kami and the Shinto religion, and leave an offering! With proper planning, maybe a Priest or Maiden could give a speech about, or show off, one of the rituals they do up at the shrine!
