I think there should be a shiver command, as in like /shiver low /shiver medium /shiver high, to enhance the roleplay, so if a character is cold, it could just be a gentle shiver, scared, maybe a medium, high for impactful situations and such

How will this benefit the server and community?:
It could help roleplay be more in depth and show body language a bit more

to .. lower, or stop the FOV change that occurs with shivering .. or some way to stop FOV changes or enable themm . .

This is not possible, the shiver is the default Minecraft shiver that you get when you stand in powdered show. We have no way to change the intensity of it.
