I would love to have Shop 2 which is Happy Pills because every place in the world small or large needs and active Pharmacy and I believe that I can make Happy Pills the active large Karakura Pharmacy for everyone to come in maybe get a prescription and walk out happier than they might have been before, it is even in the name.
Why do you want to own a shop?:
Owning a shop always makes School RP more active with player to player conversation, from owning a shop talking to your employees, delivery men/women, and your customers. A customer talks to the owner and fellow co workers and so on.
Personally for me owning a shop enhances my way for Roleplay in multiple ways, it brings a new line in business since now I own a shop and I have to manage more things than selling, I will also have to bring employee pay, I will have to restock everything which is needed to restock and I will need to help customers who come in and out. All of this holds a lot of responsibility which I believe I have now, however, owning a shop can be very fun inside Roleplay because of the many people who come in and out and other shops.
I believe that for me owning a shop will just improve mine and other fellow SRPers roleplay
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to open Happy Pills into a grand pharmacy which will have everything to help the customers need with healthy foods, vitamins, some issues, and medicines, Happy Pills will be the place to make your well being healthier when needed.
I plan for the shop to be open from 8 AM - 7 PM in a day and closed on most Sundays (I will attempt to get employees with different time lines to make this work.), however, sometimes times cannot be meet but I know that in most occasions our times will be met.
I also plan to have a good number of employees working so that it can be open from our 8 AM to 7 PM time since most people will not do these very large shifts we will have to hire more employees which will only help the pharmacy.
How will your shop be unique?:
Happy Pills will be very unique since it is the ONLY pharmacy in Karakura that I know of and it will be the shop to bring happiness to Karakura and other people who come in and than out. I will also use my good attempts to make it into the most active and open shop inside our SRP community since I will have a different time of employee work.
Happy Pills will be unique since it shall bring many helps to different people and the only shop I actually see joy with is when someone is very happy to buy a toy at Sayonara Gift Store or at the club but Happy Pills will be different since we look to help the customer's well being and good health also happiness of course.
Happy Pills will be unique and a strong shop.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I am planning to have a maximum of 15 employees and a minimum of 7 employees with many different jobs which will fluctuate pay.
Our hiring system will be with interviews to some jobs and quizzes and longer questionnaires to harder jobs to work than cashiering (Please note most jobs will take some cashiering when they work.)
Owner: There will only be one Owner which shall be me.
Co Owner(s): We will have two Co Owners max and they have the power to run the store without asking for any permission, they will be heavily trusted by myself and all other employees. (50% of cashiering job and 50k per 2 week payment)
Managers: 3 Managers max, they will work with I and the co owner but they will have their share on cashiering, they are trusted and if they do have permission they will be able to open the store by themselves.
(50% of cashiering job and 40k per 2 week payment)
Cashiers: We are planning to have 6 active cashiers who will serve our customers with the right needs, they are crucial for any job in any company and they can rise into a larger job inside the future. (Every time someone buys something from a cashier they get 50% of the money they make)
Janitors: A very important job inside our community, they will be the cleaners of Happy Pills. We plan on having 3 janitors who will make Happy Pills a clean and sanitary store to be inside. (35k every 2 weeks)
Prescriptioners: 2 or 4 prescriptioners will be giving out prescriptions and they shall know what to do, if none are at service, a Cashier, Manager, Owner, or Co Owner shall do the job. (35k every 2 weeks)

What is the main role of a Shop Owner?
The shop owner's main job is to make a successful business and family friendly community, I believe that Shop Owner's makes the server bigger and better, as I told said before shops brings, fun hot spots where people meet up, talk, have a fun time and just have a good time. The shop owners are the people that start this, they make a fun environment for all along with all the others, staff, people, teachers, and all players. I want to join this big community with what I said above because our community is a well determined, achieving and now a massive server and the Shop Owner it a lot, time to make an impact.
(This does not mean that being a teacher is not making an impact.)
Do you understand your responsibility of the shop owner?
I feel like I do understand the responsibilities of a shop owner and what must be done, I am a teacher in the server and that also brings a large amount of what I have to do OOCLY and ICLY. I understand that I must keep the shop going through dark and light times good or bad. The shop will try its best to be open at the proper times I listed above, we will have good customer service, great employees and many more great features. We understand that we must be strict to our employees meaning that they should have a good attendance, a good customer service, and a good overall basis, if they do not meet this expectation, they will have a lower pay, and if this goes on, I will fire them.
