Why do you want to own a shop?:
Well its a pretty obvious answer, As an old and current member of SRP I'm well known as a very Enthusiastic member of the community. I'm Wanting to provide a dedicated and well looked after shop allowing many responsibilities such as Jobs, and customer service. I was to use my skills to excite many people on the ideas I have planed for the shop. I extremely believe with the amount of effort I put into this shop I can turn it into something greater then anyone has ever done before. I want to improve the realism of SRP to be able to build confidence in the shop and build many, many Opportunities. I want to allow my character to improve her communication with many people around SRP and allow many shop Communication's also. I want to be dedicated in SRP having more knowledge of the server itself and Shop decisions and risks.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I want do for the shop some modifies if they are necessary, then I will try to hire people that can work with the desire of it, so there is a possibility that they are more online.
I would like to start making progress on the shops content and its workers Stat. I would be sure to allow multiple ideas from others taking into consideration so therefore it may help with the shops success.
I want to create a more approachable shop, it would attract more customers and working interest.
I will be sure to think of shop ideas such as maybe change of space/ theme colour.
I would create more restock on most brought items and use a lot of others ideas into the shop. I would increase/Decrease sales prices making them more affordable.
How will your shop be unique?:
Happy Pills is, i believe is one of the most "Go to" Shops for things such as "Medication" or Just everyday items. I believe my Shop will be unique because I will be sure to have a lot of active employees, I would put the effort in to improve the shop. I would make sure the workers are paid so Payday is every Friday that would improve workers/ Employees Happiness of enjoyment at Happy Pills. I would make sure the Workers get paid about 45% Of what they earn depending on their role. I would improve sales prices and allow special discounts for whatever reason. I would make sure the sales have a worthy price to them so we can improve the sales(More people buying).

- 4 security (2 outside and 2 inside)

What is the main role of a Shop Owner?
The shop owner's main job is to make a successful business and family friendly community, I believe that Shop owners make the server bigger and better, as I told said before shops bring, fun hot spots where people meet up, talk, have a fun time and just have a good time. The shop owners are the people that start this, they make a fun environment for all along with all the others, staff, people, teachers, and all players. I want to join this big community with what I said above because our community is a well determined, achieving and now a massive server and the Shop Owner it a lot, time to make an impact.(Used from Ingamenamefailed, Permission)
Why do you deserve Shop-Owner over other applicants?
I believe I deserve Shop-owner over other applicants because, not all people are worthy enough for owning a shop, My character is very experienced in all sorts of business opportunities and I believe I can make this shop become "Alive" and improve it. I think that over other applicants I can become more drawn to the shop and brainstorming stronger and more powerful ideas Expanding the shops previous state. As I understand how the previous owner did things, as I was Head Security previously at Happy Pills and I understand the whole purpose and the business order.
