Shop wanted: Shop #2 Happy Pills (Pharmacy)
Why do you want to own a shop?: I've been wanting a shop for a pretty long time and through the years I have been trying my best to get more mature and to get more tips and tricks from other shop owners. I think that I can be responsible enough to own my own shop now. Owning a shop takes a lot of work, and you always need good organization skills, and you need to know when to open and how to stock up on items or food. You also need to lay some rules for your employees and make sure that they are being responsible and respectful to customers and their privileges. For example, no favoritism. Favoritism is something I hear a lot and I have witnessed it myself. If I do own this shop, I will try my bestest to always be online and try open at least once in a while. Although school has started, I can always make a schedule for myself. I have worked at other shops before, and I have qualifications to be a worker but now I want to see if you guys would give a chance at being a shop owner.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: I plan to make it thrive. I want to make this a good business and a good store. I will keep in track of money, employees, and make sure everything is in stock, and everything is well organized and planned. I also need to set schedules for opening or closing too. I also want to add a little more things to this pharmacy. I also am planning in the future that maybe we can have some awesome renovations to make the building better than it ever was. I want the place to feel a little more welcoming to everyone and make sure that it's a safe environment too! Since there are high school students and college students, I want to make this appealing to both sides.
How will your shop be unique?: My shop will be organized very well and it will be with respectful employees. It will also probably be the most active, and maybe even the most stocked store but we'll see about that. The business can thrive and succeed more throughout if I do get to own this shop. The shop itself is going to be unique since it's the only pharmacy. Besides that, I will probably be doing events like holiday sales and we can even have a grand opening sale for like 10% off! What ever makes the customers want to come to the shop and buy something. Our goal is to make sure once they walk out this pharmacy, they will feel relieved and very joyful.
How many employees are you planning to have?: I would like to have at least 6, and I might get backup employees if one of them are absent. I would like to have 3 cashiers, 1 security, 1 staff manager, and 1 co-owner to help me with business and stocking stuff. Before I hire random people, I make sure that I interview to see if they qualify for the job, and I at least want to have employees that have good reputation and good experience with working. I also will make sure they are not thieves and they do not steal things from this pharmacy, they will definitely be immediately fired if I catch one of them. This is the reason why I want good reputation employees, so we don't attract gangs to our store or anything bad, and I also want to see no weapons in this pharmacy! I mean, It's a place where it's suppose to calm people, help people, and make people joyful.
