Why do you want to own a shop?: I’ve always wanted to run a shop on SchoolRP. I feel like the shop would help me be more engaged with the community. I have many ideas for this shop, it’s also in a great place. This shop would open up so many opportunities for me and possibly other people. It would also be another way to take the next step into roleplaying, for me and other people. Becoming a shop owner may be stressful in some ways but I am up for that challenge. Owning a shop would be such an accomplishment for me on SchoolRP. Especially owning Happy Pills since it’s in a great location. Owning a shop would also be great learning experience for me because it would allow me to get more involved with people, I could help others and it would even help me get to know more people on the server. I feel like I could learn how to improve myself and my managing skills. I also have a lot of ideas of what I would like to do with this shop and possibly more ideas in the future. I also noticed that shops do not open as often as they used too. The shop would be open mostly on weekends and some weekdays. I would open the shop when I have available cashiers and other employees on. I also want to make sure the shop is open most of the week to reduce scamming. If shops are not open, people may sell items on the streets for overpriced or may scam. I also would like to have special deals and events going on in the store on certain days. I would also like to own a shop since I am struggling a bit with money and a shop would be great way for me and other people to make money to buy the items we would need. I would want my shop to be a place where people would be comfortable and open. I plan to have public and private therapy sessions where you can be open about anything. Getting more into BusinessRP would be very interesting for me and other people. Again, owning a shop can be challenging but I am willing to put in all my effort to run this shop!
What do you plan to do with the shop?: First, I would like to make sure the shop is stocked on most pharmacy related items. I plan to have special deals and events going on and in my store. The events would be more medical/the****utic to help. On some items in the shop they will have deals like buy 3 get one free, buy one get one half off, raffles on items, senior/student discounts etc. A few things we could run in the shop during flu season are free flu shots. Something that I think could make the shop stand out are the therapy sessions. There will be open and private therapy sessions. The price of a private session would be 500 yen. It can be a bit pricey for some people but that is why we have a open/public therapy session. The session would also be in a private room with a group of people who also need to talk about their issues. I want everyone to feel comfortable and to be open as they talk about any problems that they would have (school, mental issues, issues at home etc.) These sessions would happen once to twice a week. Anyone who feels like they need to talk about anything is free to join or leave. Again, I want this shop to be a comfortable environment for everyone since we care about everyone’s health and well-being. I do have more ideas that I think would make the shop stand out even more. If I can handle with managing this shop I would like to put in some yoga sessions. I’d like to put in yoga in the future since it can help with stress, balance, increases happiness, helps focus, release tension and helps to ease your mind. I would also like to sell other items such as a few snacks/food/toys and school related items. I want my shop to be for all ages, I don’t want anyone feeling left out on what items we sell. Another idea I would like to put in the future is a walk in clinic at the side. I feel like it’s a bit much, but everyone at Happy Pills cares for everyone’s health. For the yoga and walk in clinic part, the store might need to expand a little bit but I would like to save that for later since I would need to plan things out.
How will your shop be unique?: My shop will be unique and will stand out to other shops because we would be selling mostly medical/pharmacy items such as prescription drugs, canes, surgical masks, or anything for health needs etc. No other shop sells pharmacy related items or even helps people out. Since we care about everyone's health and well-being we have therapy sessions for everyone. Everyone who feels like they need to seek for help or feels like they need to let a few thoughts out is welcome. My shop will be a comfortable and open environment for everyone. My shop will also sell a few snacks that you could buy on your way to school if any other stores aren’t open. My shop would also sell school related items. I want this shop to be for all ages, kids to adults.
How many employees are you planning to have?: I am planning to have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4-5 workers to be working on duty (depending on how busy we are). I’ll also have a total of 15 workers. Cashiers will get 4,000k per shift (I plan to have at least 3 cashiers). The******s will get paid 7,000k per shift. (I plan to have at least 2 the******s). I also plan to have a janitor to help clean up any messes in my store.I also have someone who is helping me, my sister Savanna Kostco. She would help with my shop and she would also have access to open it up.
