Shop wanted: Shop 3
Why do you want to own a shop?: I want because I want people to have different chances of going to other places and not just one single place that decides to open very early or very late it is a bad thing for most people because they can be across town and once they get there its already closing up. So I want to try something a bit different and try to open when people are around and close when it's really late so some people can have a chance to get there and enjoy some food and hang out with friends. My employees will take 40% of the profit plus a bonus if they do extra things and I will be adding more things to the menu every time I get a chance to afford anything new so it can be a bit different.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: I only plan on using the shop to serve people food and drinks for a reasonable amount of money and make it seems safe for everyone there and not have anything there so its a good time for my staff and everyone else that's there and making sure nothing happens to them inside or outside of my shop, making it a safe environment for everyone there.
How will your shop be unique?: I won't be planning events all the times but when occasionally I will just for people to have fun and possibly let people forget about everything and just have fun for once. I don't want it to be all the time but if there is any chance I get I might do something small for everyone and watch a couple movies with everyone or have a party at the pool with everyone so it won't just be cooped up in the shop all the time.
How many employees are you planning to have?: On how many employees I'm planning to have are a co-owner, manager, three cashiers, five waitress/waiters, and two chefs and about two security and if I want to add more employees I will add only one to cashiers if needed.
