Shop wanted: Shop 4 - Akasaka Bar
Why do you want to own a shop?: Well, I have a few reasons on why I would like to own this shop. My reasons are because I want to add on to my roleplaying experience! This helps to understand how to roleplay in shops and others and understand the others for what they have to go through. Another reason is because I think it would be a fun challenge to take on! Owning a restaurant sounds fun and all, as I have had many friends I worked for and have many that have owned shops and who own shops. For my last reason, but not my least reason, I think that more shops need to be opened because there are not many shops that are open a lot. Shops need to be more open and I am willing to open the shop more than the others. If I open the shop more, it can probably give more things to other and help out. It also will prove that I can have the ability to make everyone who comes to the shop happy!
What do you plan to do with the shop?: With this shop, I plan to open it every few times I can. It will mostly be opened near the evening and at night due to it's background being a pub. There will be lottery, gambling, chess, and others. There will also be bets and others like normal bars will have. There will be a voice level, and people are allowed to go places but they MUST tell someone before they go so that we know if you have come in before or not. I plan on doing events sometimes if I can, and I would also like to do some Happy Hours. I also think that the amount of people working at the restaurant would be pleasing enough to the customers. The customers deserve the service that they have come to the restaurant to get. I also plan to have my workers get breaks sometimes, and have their own times to have events that are suggested by the customers and others that the whole restaurant will accept into having as an event.
How will your shop be unique?: My shop will be unique because it will have different things happening such as Happy Hours, Family Events, Buy 1 get 1 free, and others! I would like to open it as often as I can so I can prove that this shop is a good, active shop to go to whenever needed!the workers in the future hopefully.
Co-Owner: For the Co-Owner, I plan on there being only one or two spots. The job of the Co-Owners is to watch the workers and make sure that they are doing the right thing when I am gone. They will also have the ability to open the shop whenever needed, and call all workers to work when the shop is open. They will attend the meetings that happen when they are expected to attend the meetings. They also are in charge of the managers. The job slots are very simple:
Managers: My managers will be sorted into 3. There will be the Restock Manager which is in charge of telling the Co-Owner and Owner when to do a restock, or when they are low on stock. There's going to be the Finance and Event manager, which is in charge of holding the events whenever there are any events happening and such. The third one will be the Workers Manager. The Workers Manager is in charge of the workers, this manager will make sure the the workers are on task and not doing something that they are not supposed to be doing such as joking around and not working, etc.
Workers: For my workers, there will be two behind the counter to serve the people who want to come in and just sit at the bar and get a quick drink. I plan on having 2 security at the front door to protect the people who come in to eat and have a good time with friends and others. They protect others from the people who have weapons and others, they will pat the people down who come in for weapons and any others that are illegal for their ages. I plan to have 2 security guarding upstairs just in case anyone sneaks in that has any weapons and to watch over anything that happens upstairs to get them out safely without anyone hurt. For the waitresses, I plan on having them serve the food to the people upstairs and downstairs who are not sitting at the bar. The males and females will have two males upstairs serving the people there, and a female upstairs as well to do the drinks. The females do the drinks, and males do the food. So there will also be a female downstairs for drinks, and a male downstairs for the food as there are not that many tables down there. There will be a chef in the back to cook the food and make all the other 18+ drinks, and another chef for the younger people and others.
How many employees are you planning to have?: 2 behind the counter, 2 Security in the front door, and 2 Security guarding the upstairs. On the waitresses I'm planning on having a limit of 5 waitresses. 3 males and 2 females. I would also like to have two chefs to cook the food and others. All of these will be responsible in doing their job to make sure that the restaurant is as fast as expected and going as expected.
