Shop wanted: Shop 4, which is currently known as “Akasaka Bar.”
To begin, I'd like to acknowledge the inactivity that the majority of shops currently have. Regardless of the delivery plugin breaking for a period of time, I have realized that inactivity was a prominent issue beforehand. I believe that I would be fit for the role as I am usually very active on the server. I normally get on at around 4pm EST and I get off at around 11pm EST. As of recently, I have been more motivated in SRP as I have seen the drastic changes lead by the new owners Ryanark and Im6. Their growth and commitment to the server inspires me to push on and strive to show my worth and become a shop owner who will commit to their store as much as they commit to the server. Once I get the store, I would like to make several renovations. The first renovation I would like to accomplish is to change the colour palette of this store back to the original palette of the Yakuzba. The reasons being because of the nostalgic feeling upon the appearance. 'OG' players will get to see the original design again amongst with newer members. I find the palette to be more interesting and vibrant than the current plain grays. My second renovation would be the name. Typically, whenever the store is applied for time and time again, the name never fits the shop. I personally think that, despite “Amaterasu Bar” being a rather different name from the past names, it has a simple yet peculiar sound to it and I think it just fits with the store overall. The interior would also be altered, including the upstairs to make it more of a VIP room with a couch, flatscreen and an overall more 'carefree' vibe to it. I also believe that changing the chandeliers currently in the stores to just simple sea lanterns to get rid of that overly posh vibe the store currently has as it is more of a hole in the wall type of bar. Overall, I think changing it back to how it appeared in more OG days will help with what is currently happening on SRP with the addition of nostalgic buildings being remastered and added, such as the family store and the radio tower.
- I strive to renovate Shop 4, “Amaterasu Bar” into an authentic Japanese bar. To turn the tides, I am promising a home-like environment where people of all kinds can lounge and relieve the stress of a long day’s work. As of currently, the environment of “Akasaka Bar” is comparable to an American style bar due to various factors, one being food options. On the matter of food, I want to establish a wide-ranging menu consisting of traditional Japanese food and beverage. Despite Karakura being located in Japan, the overall entertainment and cuisine leans towards American standards. Needless to say, this problem needs to change, and I am fit to do so.
- Additionally, I would like to adjust the interior and exterior of Shop 4. My version of Shop 4 will be unique compared to previous versions of the store because of how we would operate. Shop 4 would have more of a open area or “traditional” interior design, which would be unique to any past versions of Shop 4, as the interior has mostly been kept the same throughout. The interior will become more homely and welcoming, instead of strict and posh. Currently, the dining experience inside is very spaced out and proper, however in my version, the furniture inhabiting the space wouldn’t be so spread apart. Of course there will be room between chairs and tables, but there’ll be more closeness in comparison with additional furniture to the version now. Dim lighting will also be added to enhance a dramatic feeling throughout the bar. Overall, Shop 4’s vibe and style will alter in the end to make it a more unique and approachable kind of store.
My shop will be unique for I wish for it to become one of the more authentic Japanese bars in on SRP / Karakura besides the original Yakuzba. I further wish to change the interior design to look more like a traditional older Japanese bar. Most shops have a modern twist to it, yet since this is near an unpopular side of the server. I hope the design and format would bring people towards the bar to have “interesting roleplay experience,” as you would not just sit down in a chair and order. You would have to sit on a mat or sit at a larger bar table accompanied with stools.
The cuisine that would be served to order will be explained upon and presented when placed down onto the table. Servers will provide a detail /it to describe the condition of the meal and the plating. If possible, I would like to use Mike’s ramen model and Dark’s sake model so that the bar would have more items relating back to its traditional Japanese feeling. I would like to use all Japanese foods and items we have in game as of now, so that the store would rely on a Japanese menu only. The store will be styled with darker and more mature colors to let the bar blend in better with its surroundings. The only bright colors used will be shown on the inside of the building, to give the overall effect of a dark and gritty appearance, but a bright and comforting interior.
In my mind, I currently have a mindset for nine workers total, as the shop is rather small. However, I’d like a very diverse set of players with differing time zones. If all employees are within the same time zone, the shop would seem inactive during certain hours. Trusted workers would be able to open the shop as well, to keep the bar overall active. There will also be part-time workers, for people who may not be working during the school hours. They will be paid less than full time workers, but they will be given a chance to work overall. Money will depend on how many shifts have been worked, the current position the worker has, and their overall activity and performance during work hours. Pay will be minimized if there are multiple complaints about a specific inactive worker. Depending on the activity and performance of a worker, the pay may be raised to 200,000 yen, but the time will change to three weeks in order for all workers to receive their pay fairly. For uniforms, there will be two kinds for each position; one for each gender. The bartender uniform will consist of an apron with black jeans and a white dress shirt, alongside a server which will consist of a white dress shirt, black jeans or skirt and a simple bow tie. Two bodyguards, with different time zones, will also be present so that whenever the shop opens, there’ll be guaranteed security. The uniform for the bodyguards will consist of a white shirt, a black tactical vest, black combat pants, and black boots. If possible, the bodyguards could be equipped with a taser or baton to guarantee more safety for the customers of the bar. For ranks of employees, there will be the regular positions mentioned above and two managers. Managers will be there to oversee the shop while I would not be there or online.

What will your menu look like?: As stated before, I wish to have a menu consisting of all Japanese food items. All items will be reasonably priced, and the variety of foods will come to a total of 10-15 items, for instance, sushi boxes, dango sticks, takeout noodles, rice balls, ramen, school lunch/prison food (as a kind of Deluxe Dinner Combo), ramen noodles, sake, beer, pork katsudon, takoyaki, chicken and beef curry, and rolled omelettes. While some of these require models, I am willing to pay for MikeShots to make some of these models if he would be up for it. I would also ask Ryanark or Ducks to implement them into the game. I believe this would bring more of a variety of foods to SRP, and alongside making the Amaterasu Bar the introduction to the new items. Until then, I will only use what is currently available and wait to acquire the shop before asking for newer models or purchasing them. Because of the bar being somewhat smaller, I don’t want to make items priced too expensive. The prices will be more reasonable for customers so that they will continue to return to the bar. The more people that will come back, the more revenue that will be earned in return. The increase in payment could possibly be used for an expansion for the shop or higher pay for the workers.
