Why do you want to own a shop?:
I would like to own a shop because I feel like I could bring a great atmosphere to peoples role playing. There is nothing worse than when your friends have all left and you're stuck walking around that's why I want to create a place filled with fun. I want to create a community where people can gather and spend time with their friends and family. For more personal reasons I really want a place where I can have mine and other people's ideas become a reality. I've always wanted a leader like role because I want the responsibility. Furthermore, I've never had an opportunity like this and that's why I really want to grab it now. I know that being a shop owner takes a lot of hard work, commitment and responsibility and I am ready for it
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
Imagine you walk into this shop and as soon as you enter there is people full of laughter and happiness. You are greeted by a polite Waiter/Waitress who takes you to your table by the warm fireplace. Calming music is playing and you have a nice warm hot chocolate and a pizza. Everyone is so nice! You’ll for sure be coming back. Well that’s exactly what you do but you come way later. You open the doors and hear a beautiful voice singing. You walk in a bit further and a Waiter comes to greet you wearing a dashing suit. He takes you to the bar and orders you a beer on the house (or a non Alcoholic drink). You finish your beer and by that point you’ve already made friends and one of them is going to go up and sing some karaoke. It’s hilarious! His voice is far from perfect but no one cares, it’s a great atmosphere. You walk along a beautiful red carpet walkway and enter the casino, You play until early hours in the morning. You leave thinking “that was one of the best nights I’ve had in a long time”
That is what I plan to do. I want people to have these moments where they just have fun! I plan to make it a place for everyone, a place of unity and community. By day it’s a cosy restaurant by night it’s a speakeasy and casino.
How will your shop be unique?:
Above I mentioned that by day it’s a cosy restaurant and by night it’s a speakeasy and casino, they’re the main unique things about them but there is way more!
Casino
There is a variety of machines and games to have fun with For e.g: Blackjack, Coin Flip. When the customers walk in they will buy how many chips they want and start the fun.
Chip to yen conversion:
10 yen - White chip
50 yen - Red chip
250 yen - Green chip
1000 yen - Black chip
A gambling card game in which players try to acquire rolls with a face value totalling 21 and no more.
Here is an example on how it works:
P1: places 3 red chips on the table
P2: places 1 green chip on the table
P1: /roll 21 = they rolled a 15 (15)
P2: /roll 21= they rolled a 9 (9)
P1:/roll 21= they roll a 3 (18)
P2:/roll 21= they rolled an 11 (21)
P2 WINS P1: gives P2 the 3 red chips
Coin Flip
P1 and P2 put the amount of chips they want on the table. They choose heads or tails.

Against house:

The interior of the restaurant is going to be a rustic theme with a modern twist. We have a few ideas for the Interior. We made a rough sketch of what we have seen inside of the restaurant to guess it’s overall shape and then we made a before renovations and after renovations sketch:

Uniform
Employees will be expected to look at their best at all times. (male employees will have the same uniform Same with Females)

Entertainment
Live music- We will have singers who will come and sing and put on a night of fun.
Karaoke night- We will have people sing their favourite song or perform an act.
Comedy night- People can crack out their best puns or if your not into puns just plain jokes.
Game night- We play charades and them type of games.
Payment
Workers Will get 40% of what they make. Workers will be asked to log everything they sell and then upload it to the log in the discord we will make so that we can track what’s being sold. The Owner and the Co-owner will log all of the stock so then we know if anyone is stealing.
Renting
To rent the Establishment it will cost 6k yen per irl hour.
To rent out just the Casino it will cost 3k per irl hour.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I plan to have around 15 Members of the team So that when some are offline we will have others to replace their absence, And there will be constant Workers online. This is not including me or the co-owner
Waiters/waitresses - I plan to have around 5. They will be serving food and showing them to their tables.
Bartenders - I plan to have around 3 of these. They will be serving drinks to customers.
Security - We will have 2 security. They will stand at the front looking for suspicious activity.
Casino workers - I plan to have 4 of these. They will be working in the casino showing all their tricks and making you have a good time.
Janitor - I plan to have one of these to clean up the mess that the customers make, The Janitor will get paid 2 thousand per shift.
Co-Owner - I will give this rank to somebody who I believe is trustworthy. They will manage stock and help me with business. I spend a lot of my time with this person so we can talk about improvements and how it'll all work.
Owner - I will take this role and I plan to be hardworking and a great team worker. I will talk to my staff all the time and fit their needs to the schedule. I plan on dedicating a lot of my time to this shop.
