Why do you want to own a shop?:
There are a lot of reasons why i want to own a shop, first of all, It's a great and fun experience to own a shop, and the shop will be a 5 star restaurant, where customers will be ordering great food with amazing quality by the best chefs in the city, enjoying the great experience of coming to the restaurant, and enjoying the food and giving kind and very useful feedback, as well as recommendations, They may also just order the food for takeaway without having to take a seat for those in a hurry or just want to enjoy the food somewhere else, it's a great experience, and opening this restaurant, I'd like to start the food revolution, serving food with the best 5 star quality available, I've managed a restaurant before, and worked as a chef, as my character's future plans is to become one of the greatest chefs and open a restaurant, Working/Owning a restaurant is really great and fun, you get to make a great place for everyone to come and enjoy, and making sure everything is up to date, with good inactivity, and up to date stock lists weekly, keeping the store really active, making sure the employee's are as active as possible, it's a great experience, and it'll become even greater if i open my shop, I've always wanted to open a shop, and its one of my dreams irl, so opening a shop in a game would really fun, and helping to get familiar with the ownership and the environment, experience how it's like to own a restaurant, make lots of good friends and employee good and trustworthy employees, and seeing as the shop itself is inactive, I Think people would pretty much appreciate a new store with great activity, I'm also very active on the server, for over 5 hours daily, and I just wanted to be busy on something, So opening a shop will be a very great opportunity for me, and i will make sure to please every customer.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
First, I'm going to edit the building, adding more interesting features, changing the logo, and making the dining hall and the kitchen look much better and luxurious, and i also plan on making this shop one of the best fine-dining and fancy restaurants in the city, for all ages to come and have a great experience, and to promote food as much as possible, possibly starting a food revolution, where food is 100% fresh, made in the restaurant, and very delicious, I'm going to teach the chefs to be very experienced, and to work as hard as possible, making sure that any plate of food or beverages that go out of the kitchen is 100% perfected and made nicely, I'm also going to decorate the dining hall very nicely, making it look as high class and deluxe as possible, I'm going to have 2 separated areas, one area will be the 2 seats tables, where each table has 2 seats, either on a corner or at the windows, it will be nice for any sort of dates or business meetings, and the second area will be the family areas, each table should have 4-8 chairs, where people can come with a big group of friends and/or families, and enjoy their time together, eating food, getting drinks and of course going through an amazing luxury experience.

How will your shop be unique?:
"With each bite comes a greater flavor!" My restaurant will be one of the few luxury and fancy, high class restaurants in the city, with well-trained and professional employees, a great menu with amazing and delicious food, and a great area and environment, the dining hall will be top luxury, and beautifully built, and the kitchen will be made very comfortable to go around, I'm going to make my store very unique than other stores, fine dining will be one of the reasons, having fine dining, and a dining hall, enjoying the food and being treated with nice manners, with lots of customer care, and as there is not that many active and like fancy/luxury restaurants, I'm pretty sure the players would enjoy this and find it really interesting and fun to have, and to enjoy, it's not going to be like one of those stores who people go in and out with a bad mood, no, people will go in the store, and they will leave in a great mood, the customers will be treated like kings and queens in my restaurant, and me and the rest of the employees will make sure that none leaves sad or in a bad mood, and that's the main focus.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
Not more than 15, But i'm going to start off with a small number like 10, and as the shop gets popular and active and known, I'll be applying more employees, I'm going to make it very enjoyable to work here, and a fun experience.
[Co-Owner]: Only going to have one co owner, He/she will be my right hand in everything, and will take care of the restaurant while I'm inactive/on vacation, and must be extremely trust worthy, and be wise with making any decision towards the restaurant
Uniform: They may make their own uniform, and it must be as respectful and fancy as possible.
[Manager]: I'm going to get 2, Each in different time zones, and the managers must be very trustworthy, this will not be a job that you can apply for, you will earn it through activity and hard work, and they will help me with everything in the shop, from restock lists to opening/attending/sell logs, and keeping notice of the inactive players and recommending them to be either fired or demoted,
Uniforms: They will discuss that with me, depending if it's a male/female.
[Sous-Chef]: I'm going to have 4 Sous Chefs, The Sous Chef Will be one of the main jobs of this restaurant, as they will be the ones cooking, and taking care of the food when the shop opens, and maintaining professionalism, and they will be trained to RP When cooking anything, or serving.

[Waiters/Waitresses]: I'll get around 5, and if the restaurant gets very popular, i'll make sure to get more, Waiters and Waitresses will be the ones who takes good care of the customers, and helps them with what ever they need and keeping them as happy as possible, and getting them to enjoy the experience as much as they can, they must remain professional and they will be trained to take orders and be completely respectful, if needed.

[Security]: I'll get 3 securities, The security role is the role that maintains peace and safety for both the customers and the employees, if needed, they will be trained to absolute professionalism and to know how to treat fights or dangerous situations, and how to take care of any customer making nuisance, or yelling, or doing any form of annoyance towards any customer and employee in the restaurant.
