Shop Wanted : Shop 5 - Restaurant
Why do you want to own a shop :
I would like to own my own shop as i believe in myself as a shop owner, i can really work around my employee's and not only me wanting my own restaurant to succeed, but they also want it to go further, I dont want them thinking about how much they will get payed at the end of the day, i want them to think how many more people will come next time we open, and next time, and see how far we can take the restaurant in the future.
With myself too, i do not care about my salary at the end of the day, i want to become a better owner, become more known in the city or Karakura, then the customers will love your restaurant, love you, love your employee's, love your food, thats what i want in my restaurant, love flowing in it.
Being an owner of a shop, let alone a big restaurant in the heart or Karakura is a huge responsibility, and i believe i am responsible to own a restaurant to make the community of Karakura Happy, that is the main thing i want to achieve in being an owner, making the community happy to have this restaurant in the city and myself as an owner as i believe i am and would be a great owner.
I also love trying new things in SchoolRP, and being a shop owner would be a huge step in the correct direction giving me and not only me, but every employee i hire, and every customer i serve the ability to see what i can really do to expand this restaurant and make it as big and as popular as possible.
What do you plan to do with the shop? :
I plan on making my shop a very very calm restaurant, not rough, not 3 security guards around the store just kind gentle employee's handling their work professionally. I plan on making the restaurant an Irish restaurant, which is not very popular in the real world, but is for sure not never seen, being from Ireland myself, most Irish restaurants are rough, non-calm but i plan on making it not only a restaurant, but a place you can just relax and lay back not needing to worry about what you will order, what the bill will be.
I plan on making every skin very unique, with a lot of work put into it, not only the skin to be unique, but i will handle the applications for the restaurant very very strictly, I will listen to each and every word the person puts into their application and really find out if they are here for the money, or if they are here to grow the restaurant itself.
I plan on naming the restaurant Cafe Rua, which the word "Rua" translates to red in Irish. [ Could change ]
With the overall look of the current restaurant, i would for sure want to change it to look more modern, i would make it with red bricks and sandstone, not exactly the two blocks but they would be the stand out blocks, with a lot of windows but also a lot of artificial light to make it look cozy and warm.
Here are some pictures of a build i made in my single player world which would be the general idea of the exterior build to the restaurant, this is just a quick build but if i get accepted to be owner, i would add big, and small detail everywhere.

If for some reason i am unable to make these changes happen, i would gladly keep the exterior of the building and continue on the interior only, making it nature friendly with alot of potted plants, leaves ect.
How will your shop be unique? :
My shop would be unique in a way that as normal fine dining restaurants you enter, eat, pay and leave, i would like to make mine different to usual ones, there would be seating area's with televisions to watch whatever channel you desire to watch, there would be a refreshing bar to drink at whether your eating out, and want a beverage, or just simply sitting on a couch relaxing.
Like i stated previously, i am not fussed over what profit i will be earning, or what salary i will be getting at the end of the day/week, i just want people to notice the cafe as a different one to usual ones, and people to notice me as an owner that is not picky with money, and me as an owner in general.
The store would open very frequently, on weekends it would possibly open twice a day and weekdays it would open once a day.
I would also like to host games every now and then such as bingo, i would hand out a notebook to each table with certain minecraft-related items or SchoolRP-related items and then call words out, the winner would then win a line and a jackpot, like real life bingo.
I would also host big jackpot raffles every week and the idea i have for the jackpot would be around 10-20k yen every time. [ These games COULD only take place on nights when alot of people are in ]
I plan to make every table unique, there would be spruce wood tables along with red carpet along the top to make it have a warm, modern feel with a candle and potted plant in the middle, and maybe a small chandelier above every table [ Depends on sizes of tables ]
I plan on having 2 floors in the restaurant with identical downstairs as well as upstairs, but there will only be one major kitchen which will be downstairs and upstairs in place of where the kitchen should be will be big fancy bathrooms.
How many employees are you planning to have? :
As a fine dining restaurant, i would like to have 2 chefs, myself being the head chef and one other assistant chef behind in the kitchen alongside me. [ Chef must have experience as a chef, and must be 19 or older ]
For entertainment purpose, i would have a singer(s) only for special events, not regularly unless change is needed of the restaurant is needing to be more alive.
Normal restaurant jobs -
- Manager [ 19+ ]
- One security guard [ 17+ ]
- Janitor [ 17+ ]
- Bartender [ 18+ ]
- 6 - 8 Waiters/Waitress [ 17+ ]
Salary of employees - [ Salary may be fluctuated ]
- Waiters/Waitress' earn 4500yen iCly hourly. Also keeps all tips earned throughout the night.
- Bartender pays me half of his/her salary and keeps the rest.
- Janitor payed iCly hourly, 3500yen an hour.
- Security Guard 4000yen iCly hourly, bonus earned if a person has been caught by him/her.
- Manager 5500yen iCly hourly

Name : Austin Blanc
Age : 17 [ Was 18 but put on football team causing age to decrease ]
Description of self : Austin would be a shy person, if he hurt someone mentally he would not be able to get it off his mind for some time, he would be a very good chef. He cares for his co-workers and would care for anyone in a work enviroment around him.
He plays on the Football team and likes every single player along him on the team.
He wants to open this restaurant to be known as an owner of a successful restaurant owner.
Austin currently works in Happy Pills as a Cashier, and also works in Love and Pizza as a Chef.
