Shop wanted: Shop #10
Why do you want to own a shop?:
I want to own a shop because I've been wanting a shop for a long time, and I worked with the last owner of the shop and saw how things work, I also know what customers like and what customers don't like. I also think that I can be more organized and make sure that I will be a good asset to this restaurant. I have many experiences with working places and owning places. I also think I should get this because I want to make others happy and make a very fancy experience. I also want to make the restaurant a bit romantic for couples and partners but at the same time comfortable for other guest.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to have a huge fancy grand opening and make my customers happy with some delicious food! I also plan to add some barrier blocks to some places (which I'll ask duckings) because I noticed that customers and guest have been sneaking into the rooftop, so that will change. I also know how to cook and be waitress from my previous jobs so I will know who to hire and who to not hire. I known to be very good at managing businesses so I think I can do this well. I was also planning to do a comedy night or a talent show with the stage. I think that will be a good thing to do and have a good benefit to the restaurant.
How will your shop be unique?:
My shop will be very unique than others because our fantastic comedy and talent shows that I will probably do If I get this shop. I also assure you that our employees will not be rude but respectful and always loyal. The shop will also be unique because of the gift shop! I had an extra bar and I thought of being a little different from the others and decide to do a gift shop there! I also think younger audiences would love that. If I open a gift shop, I know that I will earn more money. Not everything in my shop is about money though, the most important thing will be making guest and customers happy. I also will make that a quote for the restaurant and I think that will earn us more customers.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I am planning to have about 1-10 employees. I will have 2 chefs, 2 guards, 4 waitresses and 2 bartenders. These employees will be well trained by me and they will be very respectful and kind to the customers as always and I will keep that a rule. I also think that if customers were rude to employees, I would teach my employees how to work things out and make things right so we don't cause drama at the restaurant. I know that having that much employees will be more organized and effective. I am known to be a respectful boss as well.
