Previous warns/kicks/bans:
I do not have any kicks or bans. I am very proud of this and hope to keep it this way in the future. I do have a warning. I got it when I first started playing around 2-3 years ago. I, unfortunately, do not remember what it was for, however from then it has expired.
Shop wanted:
The shop that I would like, is 11/7, please.
Why do you want to own a shop?:
I would like to own a shop for many reasons. The first one is to have the experience as a shop owner in SRP. I have roleplayed for mainly a student since I started playing. Yes, playing as a student is fun and enjoyable, however, I do want to have experiences with other types of roleplay. So, I have looked at all my options and figured I'd go with being a shop owner. I picked this because I think the atmosphere and the way of roleplaying of a shop owner could be a roleplay that would be enjoyable for everyone.
Owning a shop to me is a big responsibility. There are so many variables that you need to be aware that most people may not think of. For example, decorating your shop. When people go to your shop they want an environment that they feel safe in. So when decorating, you must make the shop feel safe yet a place where they would like to be. As I said in one of my previous shop applications, opening your shop each time is kind of like an experiment. To be more clear, once customers step into your shop, you do not know what to expect. An argument could arise without you knowing. So, you should be ready for both the worst and best-case scenarios.
Finally, the last reason why I would like to own a shop would be because it gives you one more thing to do in SRP. Many times in SRP you can get bored fairly easily. Especially to players who may not have friends online, new players, or players who just want something to do. With my shop opening, the people of Karakura could come and grab things that they might not have known they needed if my shop didn't open. My shop would sell things that everyone would need.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
In my shop, I plan on selling goods and items that are nescessities. I do plan on changing the prices for a few items. Just the things that I might think are too low/high for that item. I also want to redecorate the shop, just a tad. I don't want to make it too different, but I do want to add my spice to it. I do not plan on changing the layout at all. However, if the layout becomes an issue, I may make some configurations.
If I do choose to change the store's interior, I would use the reference(s) below:
What my shop would sell:
Even though my shop would sell the bare necessities. I would still like for it to sell items that may not be normally found in a convenience store, but it would increase customers coming to the store. Maybe to sell things like sunglasses, wallets, phones, etc. Anything you might not usually find in a convenience store, but wouldn't look bad in one. I also want to add some custom items to my shop when the shop grows. Possibly some new food, drinks, items. Here are some references:
How will your shop be unique?:
My shop will be unique in many ways. The first way will be that it will open as often as it can be. I do want to try my best to open the shop either every day or every other day. This is because 11/7 is a convenience store and sells a lot of things that players could need at any time. So, with my shop open, the players could get whatever they need. New players are always coming to Karakura, and they need things too! Even though they may not have that much money. They will still need things that every citizen should need.
I also want to try to have sales now and then. I feel like since 11/7 is referred to as a "gas station store". I still feel like it should have sales. I wouldn't have it every time, but maybe once a month or so. The sale items will more than likely be for more expensive items. Such as phones, wallets, sunglasses. Things that may not be as cheap as other items.
Another thing that I would like to do is to rotate items coming in and out of the shops. I think this will help more customers to come but also it would be a nice change instead of having the same things over and over. If players know that there are the same things in the store each time. They may not come to the store after 2-3 visits. I want to make sure that my customers come back each opening and I think this is a great way to do it. I think rotating the items every week or so is a good balance. This way, there is a good amount of time to buy the items and a good amount of time to wait until the next rotation.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I plan on having several employees whose jobs are different. In the beginning, I plan on having a small number of workers. Probably only my friends during the opening. This way, I do not have to take interviews for my first opening. This will help speed up the opening and not stress me out of having to pick employees. After the shop grows a bit more, I will start interviewing people. I do want to have uniforms in the store. Even though it is a convenience store, I think wearing uniforms would be an easy way of making the store feel more inviting.
Shop first opens: 4-5 employees
When the shop grows: 5-8 employees
I do want to have a variety of jobs. Here are the ones I plan on having:
Cashiers: They will get the item for the customer and makes sure they pay

-
Manager: Makes sure the shop is running smoothly and tells me if something is off. They are the co-owner.

I would love to add more positions in the future. Though, since I am just starting I think this is good for now. I do not think I need security as of right now. However, this could change in the future.
