Why do you want to own a shop?:
Personally, I'd love to have a shop due to it being a great opportunity and role. I'd love to have my own shop where it would be possible for others to feel welcomed and appreciated. I have a couple of ideas that could differ to other shops. By possibly owning this shop, it would be great knowing that the citizens have left the shop feeling loved, welcomed, and appreciated as a community. I'd like to bring people in Karakura closer to each other, as the aim is to make the restaurant a calm, relaxing place to kick your feet up after a long day, and chat with your friends or family.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to turn this into a calming, high-class, fancy, fast food restaurant where the citizens of Karakura can chill, talk to friends and family and most importantly be happy. Anyone from all over the world can come to this very spot to socialize, relax and unwind peacefully. No matter skin colour, age, race, background, gender, all people from the community are welcomed, and should be treated as family.
How will your shop be unique?:
By owning this shop, it would be extremely unique by having different types of days, for example:
Mondays would be a day where we hire people to entertain the customers.
Tuesday would be a day that people from anywhere can come along, and have a little party, e.g singing and dancing.
Wednesday could be a day where the citizens put on a little show.
Thursday could be a day where the employees hand out toys to the kids, etc.
Friday could be a night that we serve popcorn, as the citizens unwind and have discussions about anything.
By having this, it would entice citizens and attempt to draw them in.
There could be a specific colour scheme for all employees, e.g, waitresses could wear a calming blue.
There could also be an idea where college students or school children, anyone who is studying, can be welcomed after 3:00pm to sit down and study, whilst they get a nice meal and keep themselves entertained. This could ease the college students, as they get revision or homework done, etc, instead of thinking of homework and revision as something boring, they could be sitting in an atmosphere where they could feel happy and actually enjoy what they'd be doing.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
The plan would be to have at least up to 25-30 employees depending on what day it is

Co-Owner (18+) - The co-owner, having permission to all doors, and access whenever they wanted. Of course, this person must be loyal, and trustworthy.
Security (17+) - There should be around 3-4 security guards, preventing any violent acts or scenes, their role would be to cater to the customers needs if they were feeling potentially ‘unsafe’ or if they’ve felt as if they were being ‘threatened’ at any point in time.
Employees (17+) - I'd like to interview them before actually giving them this specific role, however I think that there could be at least 12-13 Employees.
Cashiers (17+) - There could be around 4-5 Cashiers working on one day. Their role is to serve the customers.
Waiters/Waitresses (17+) - There would be 13-14 Waiters/Waitresses. Their role would be to wait patiently, and well-mannered at the front entrance doors, ready to welcome in the Citizens. They will each be given a set of fancy menus to hand to each and every customer. They will also seat the customers.

Janitors/Cleaners (18+): - There could be up to 8 cleaners. The job would be to clean up any accidents, and also wiping down the tables after a customer(s) have left. They would need to have the restaurant looking prefect and elegant, seeming to make the place look high class and fancy as said before.
Entertainers (18+): - They would all be hired on a specific day according to the days of the week. They would need to entertain the customers, and satisfy them. There could be around 12 entertainers.
Event managers (18+): The role would be to host meetings and come up with amazing ideas for events and entertainment.
Additional things:
There could possibly be a very small entry fee, due to the restaurant being a posh, fancy place, giving off 'rich' vibes, this could maybe go towards anything, e.g a prize etc.
What is the owner like?
Brooklyn (D. B) would be a nice, loving, and understanding female. She'd love helping out with anything, no matter who it was. She'd have quite a reputation for being nice and understanding. She can at times come across stern/firm if she really needed to get a point across.
