Previous applications: I have applied for shop 11 but was denied the first time for not being descriptive and the second time I got denied because it was taken.
Previous warns/kicks/bans: Using phone for out of character chat by using the brackets when I was in a call with someone.
Shop wanted: Shop 10
Why do you want to own a shop?: I want to own a shop because it will an honorable experience to become a shop owner and I wanted to take a different direction in my life. If I were to own a shop I would hire employee's who respect the customers and also they must have perseverance when working on the job. I will be active with opening the shop. The employee's must also be responsible with their money and if I need a little bit of money for the refill of supplies I am hoping that they give me at least 20% of the pay to help the shop.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: What do I plan on doing with the shop? First I plan on making the café a place where people can do comedy acts and we will also have people who come in as a band for special nights for couples. I will keep 80% of the pay and pay the employee's 20% of the money I make to make their time working with me memorable. I also want to make the café a place for where people can come to hang out, eat, and socialize with others. I want to allow people to enjoy themselves while at the café.
How will your shop be unique?: How will my shop be unique? I want to allow everyone to communicate with others and get the respect they deserve. I also want to allow my employee's to have a great time working at this shop. I will also do an auction for items this way one person can win a special item from the gift shops, it'll help the employee's get money to help the shop keep going. The employee's will keep 80% of the money they earn from the auction. The shop will also be having comedy night's and allow the customers to tell jokes to make the time more memorable at the café. When we're having special nights the entry fee would be around 350 yen to get in this way the shop can get a little bit of money.
How many employees are you planning to have?: How many employee's do I plan on hiring? I plan on having at least 5-10 employee's who will be responsible, respectful and have perseverance. I also want the employee's treat the customers as if they were their own family/friends.
