Previous warns/kicks/bans: I have been banned once for Mingepushing and i have been warned 2 times for Avoiding RP and Not listening to staff desicions
Shop wanted: I want Shop 1, the 11/7
Why do you want to own a shop?: I want to own a shop because i want to know what its like to RP as a shop-owner, look over applications, get restock delivery done and just in gerneral what its like to have your own shop.I also want 11/7 to be an active shop again, as many people complained about that we never opend.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: I plan on making special events,discounts and sales (if a new star wars movie comes out make a sale on lightsaber and so on..), and maybe selling new products. I will also try to reward customers for buying products from us regularly. And im planing on adding a delivery service, so that you dont have to walk/drive there just to get 1 or 2 items. I would also create a new timetable, so that people dont complain about us never opening.
How will your shop be unique?: 11/7 will have special sales (summer sales, christmas sales) and we will have a delivery service. And we will sometimes give items or discounts away for free during events. I also plan on selling items that no other shop in town sells (maybe energy drinks or other softdrinks?)
How many employees are you planning to have?:
Im planning on having a maximum of 10 employees:
-4 Cashiers
-2-4 Security guards (Including a security manager)
-1 restock manager
-1 delivery guy
they will all have to be at least 16 to work at 11/7. I would fire inactive workers, so that everybody has a chance of working there.
