Why do you want to own a shop?:
I want to own a shop for quite a few reasons. It would be fairly interesting to see what I can do as a shop owner. It can expand the walls of Roleplaying.
BusinessRP with others is quite a unique thing to do when you are a Shop Owner. Especially a shop that is quite difficult to run, for example, 11/7. 11/7 is a popular store that open quite often & people sttill complain about it “never” opening. One thing is to know at least Basic Math, that is one thing you have to know about owning a shop. BusinessRP can be difficult, people try to make it better but they end up doing the same as everyone else that owns a shop.
Owning a shop is quite a problematic thing, maybe as hard as making a new invention or even trying to take care of something that you don’t know how to take care of it. You have to constantly give it recognition and make sure that everything is in order.
I’m fairly active on SRP, although I have school. I will be able to open any time & it would expand my boundaries of roleplaying. For example, as a teacher, It has expanded my boundaries on SRP since I know how to teach a class and how to deal with people who are disrespectful to others or myself. Advertising, opening, restocking, and even closing the shop as a Shop Owner would extend my boundaries a lot.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to change the name and the colors to give it more of a unique touch. I want to change the name to something that involves Cherry Blossoms with pink, white, and red colors, Credit to my friend for the idea. I will open after school hours so if any workers are a teachers or school staff member will be able to work. I plan to have something different everyday:
Monday: All Drinks are 50% off!
Tuesday: Karaoke Night
Wednesday: Japanese Night
Thursday: 18+ Items are 75% off
Friday: EVENT NIGHT!
Saturday & Sunday: Everything is 50% off
On Tuesday, anyone is allowed to pick their own song, as long as it isn’t inappropriate, and sing along to it. Everyone that comes can be in the call so they can listen to the instrumental music so they can sing along to it. People are not required to join the call on discord, it’s only if they want to join the call & sing. On Wednesday, people are allowed to wear Japanese like clothes, Staff can be required to wear the clothes. All Japanese like food will be 25% off, even if they don’t wear the clothes to match the night. On Friday, there will be any event that anyone suggests, all staff will be part of the event in someway. There will be events like, “Who killed the owner?” which will involve fake blood so the owner won’t actually dead, or I will use a different character. There will also be an event like story time, which will involve doing a call on discord. Staff of the resturant, mainly me, if I get accepted, will be reading the fanfics & stories.
I do plan on change the interior a bit, making sure that I have an office to talk to other shop owners to talk to. I will PM the staff to see if they can manage to help redecorate. I will change the name to something like, “Cherry Blossom Cafe” or even “Blossoms 1985”. “Blossoms 1985” will have a vintage look to it, people will be able to enjoy the past. I will be changing the colors to Red, Pink, & white which is like Cherry Blossoms that come from the trees in Japan.
How will your shop be unique?:
My shop will have a lot of uniqueness by having some events, like above. As well as hosting celebrations like parties, weddings, etc. All of the staff will help with the events, especially if someone needs a personal help. People will be able to donate money if needed to help with the store, as well as getting more items for the stock.
Staff will be paid, all different amounts of money depending on the job they have. These will be what staff members are paid ‘per shift’. If they aren’t paid one shift, they WILL be paid next shift & if I can’t then I will double their payment.
Chefs: Atleast 5,000 - 8,000 per shift,
Security: 8,000 per shift
Waitress/Waiters: 5,000 per shift
How many employees are you planning to have?
For Chefs, I will plan to have them stay by the kitchen & serve people if they don’t want to stay long, and have places to be. They will be paying 25% - 50% of the money to me. I will have 3 - 5 Chefs to work at the shop.
For Security, I will plan for them to stand by the door, by the stairs, and by the kitchen to make sure that no one gets by the staff members that work there. I will have atleast 5 - 6 Security Guards to work at the shop.
For Waiters and Waitresses, I will plan for them to help people to their seats & for them to serve them. I will let them pay 25% - 50% of the money they got to me. I will have 3 - 6 Waiters/Waitresses to work at the shop.
There will be a couple of event managers to help with the shop events & if anyone needs to host an event at the store. They will be paid 20,000 for planning an event and helping with the store as well. They will be able to work as a waitress or waiter if they want to do extra work and help the resturant or cafe.
There will be a Delivery Manager of the shop, which makes sure that we get deliveries whenever we need them. They will make sure that the Delivery Man will get the items and get them back to the shop as soon as possible.
There will be 2 - 4 Managers that will be able to open, if I’m not online. There will be a head manager to watch the staff whilst I’m offline, since I have a life outside of SRP. The Head Manager will sorta be like a co-owner.

1: Would you be able to tell me the commands if I get Accepted?
2: Would I have to pay to get the building changed a bit? If so, how much would it cost?
